The food at Vibe Resort is a highlight, with excellent quality and variety that caters to different tastes, making dining a consistently enjoyable part of the experience. The rooms are nice, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a pleasant space to relax. The staff also deserves praise for their attentiveness and friendly service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.

Unfortunately, the resort falls short in delivering the natural charm Munnar is known for. The property feels disconnected from nature, with no trees or birds to enhance the ambiance, and the surroundings are dominated by concrete, which detracts from the serene, green experience one expects in Munnar. Families traveling with children may also be disappointed, as there are no fun activities tailored for kids, limiting entertainment options for younger guests.

Fantastic hotel in an incredible location! The staff were fantastic and the hotel was kept to a very high standard. Swimming pool on the top floor was fantastic with 360 degree views which were amazing. Rajesh in the restaurant was extremely helpful and highly experienced having worked in many top hotels. He made great tea and it was a delight to try the different flavours he had to offer at tea-time outside at the front of the hotel. We also had a massage in the spa which was very good value.

Only disappointment was there is not a bar at the hotel. However they serve very good fresh juices and mocktails.

Hotel was of a very high standard with very helpful and friendly staff. The spa was excellent, the best we've ever been to. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the free high tea on the roof every day was a really nice touch. Views from the hotel are spectacular.

The views from the hotel are spectacular but the hotel is a little remote so no real option to walk anywhere, autos pass the hotel but not regularly, ensure you have plans to get out and about. Our first room was on the first floor, we asked to be moved as we could hear the music from the lobby and couldn't sit on the balcony without other guests seeing us. Staff were very helpful arranging the move but I would suggest if you want privacy to ask for a room on a higher floor. There are some works going on to expand the hotel but these are not overly disruptive, though this should be made clearer when booking.

Cleanliness of room is excellent. Quick response and action to the housekeeping and front office requests. Outstanding buffet breakfast, including live items. Staffs in the property is very supportive and polite. Definitely choose again to stay at this property

Soundproofing of rooms and doors to be seriously considered as there is a door to interconnect rooms, may be for convinience of property to allocate multiple member family bookings. But sounds from nearby room is coming inside, if your neighbour is noisy.

This is a spectacular property offering amazing views and amenities. The hotel staff is some of the best I have experienced. The room sizes are great and offer ample moving space. The rooms are very well ventilated offering great views of the mountains surrounding it. The hotel staff is very hospitable and catered to every small need of ours as we were travelling with an infant for the very first time. The food in particular is really good and was higher than what I expected.

I think there is nothing that I didn’t like about this property. The only recommendation I might provide is to broaden the breakfast menu a little bit as sometimes it gets boring selecting from the same menu.

Clean rooms, breakfast was superb with variety offered . Very friendly staff. Rakesh and Imitiaz at the restaurant were exceptional with their attention to details.

Nothing much, but a tour desk would have been be nice, rather than driver managed tour of Munnar. Avoid double checking mini bar when you check out and stopping our car to charge for a bottle of water ( Rs 40.00) , when my bill at hotel was more than one lakh! Leaves a bit of bad taste, when you are departing with a good feel…

The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. As for the accommodations, my room was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, it provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. And imagine my surprise and delight when I was graciously upgraded to a luxurious pool villa! It was a gesture that truly made my stay extra special. The interior decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort seamlessly. It's evident that attention to detail is a top priority at the resort and it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. Lastly, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend Nishanth Nair for upgrade to the pool villa. Your thoughtfulness added an extra layer of joy to my already wonderful stay. As I had a long drive from tvm with kids I thought of staying one more day..asked the rate..but the activity manager Sijo was not welcoming with reasonable rate..I told my condition and I gave a reasonable rate..still It was a big NO..with a fake smile which was quite irritatable..

This was one of the BEST run hotels I have EVER been in anywhere in the world. The staff and facilities are outstanding. If I needed something in my room I simply dialed the front desk and before I could turn around it was there. No request was too big or small. I saw wait staff holding babies in the dining room so that parents could eat and other gestures that went above and beyond. A special shout out to my guardian angel Vishnu who is the GM of food services. He should be president! He is so kind, hard working, considerate and thoughtful-amazing! Also a shout out to Fatima at the front desk who was so sweet when I checked in-I wasn't feeling well and she was really lovely.

The resort is fabulous but it doesn't have a lot of local flavor. The pool is fantastic-big and beautiful with a gorgeous view but it can get chilly.

I travelled with my mother and we both found the property and location quite good. But there were two shining stars for Vibe: 1. The hospitality - the staff were very nice and accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Special shoutout to Sachin Joy who was resourceful and a real joy to talk to 2. The indian spread at the breakfast was amazing.

There were some confusions regd. amenities in the booking but they were quickly resolved
