We had a great stay at Crystal Garden. The host, Kay, was incredibly friendly and recommended a fantastic tour to the Secret Gili Islands – definitely a highlight of our trip! He also gave us great tips for nearby spots to explore by scooter, which really helped us make the most of the area. Scooter rental was super easy and hassle-free, and Kay even organized transport to our next accommodation for us. The location is ideal if you’re planning to visit the Secret Gilis. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, and it’s also convenient that you can buy cold drinks on site.

There was no hot water during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

Kristal Garden was the perfect place for me. The bungalow was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and a nice sitting area at the front. All rooms overlook the pool. The staff are friendly, always happy and very welcoming. Key and his wife and their team of staff (Eros, Made, Tama and Putu) recommended and joined in on various activities including snorkelling, bon fire and dinner at the beach and a private tour to Kuta. The tours are very well priced. The onsite restaurant has a good variety of meals to choose from and are made to order. The fresh juice was very refreshing. This is a place where you can do everything on offer or just chill and relax. I done a bit of both. I booked for 5 nights and stayed for 12 nights. I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Kristal Garden. I’ll be back

I had a fantastic time. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay several times. The rooms are simple but adequately furnished and very clean. Key and the entire team are truly warm and welcoming. After just a short time, I no longer felt like a "customer" but rather like part of the family, which allows for deeper insights into the local culture. Right next to the Crystal Garden is the village's Hindu temple, and if you're lucky like me, you can witness a live ceremony (a truly unmissable experience!). I've done pretty much all of the tours offered with the team and even booked private tours. Every time, it's been very relaxed, with few people, excellently organized, and at a more than fair price. All in all, it's a place you'd love to stay. I will definitely come back.

- The staff is just amazing, in particular I’ve loved interacting with Wayan and Kay (I think?). They’re super chill and helpful about everything. They‘ve organized a scooter within minutes of my arrival, and have been super lovely and friendly during breakfast/lunch/dinner talks. - The accommodation site is just lovely. Super green, clean pool, nice hangout areas. It‘s very idyllic and you can easily just spend a nice day at the pool without the need to go out. - The rooms are big and clean. - Food is very good! - Adorable cats & dogs walk around and are more than happy to come cuddle.

There‘s only two things that I can think of. - The light in the standard rooms. They‘re very bright and cold. Especially at night this attracts insects/mosquitos. A small side table light would’ve been perfect. - A mosquito net around the bed would’ve been great, as there a quite a lot of mosquitos whirring around the room at night.

We had a great time here. The team is very nice and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had breakfast included and the Banana Pancake is out of this world. Rooms are spacious and clean and provide enough storage place for two people. We did a snorkeling tour to 4 islands and it was amazing. We saw millions of fish, turtles and so many other things. Lunch was provided and we even grilled some fisch on an open fire on one of the islands. Thanks to Key for making this short stay so special. He’s super open minded and relaxed with his main goal being to satisfy every need of his guest. He is the heart of this place. Thanks 🙏🏼 Hannah and Fabian

Beautiful property and gardens, felt like it was your own private garden as we were down at the bottom. Lovely pool and easy to rent a bike to be able to explore. They organised a snorkelling 3 island trip for us which was very reasonable and let my partner use their speargun. Super friendly hosts and great breakfast!

The WiFi didn’t work inside the room (fine on the balcony) and the bathroom was quite mouldy which made the room smell. The nearest beach is full of rubbish but you can get to some amazing locations very easily by bike.

Amazing and most favorite stay after tow weeks on lombok. The stuff was just insanely polite, funny and happy!! The restaurant is making wonderful, delicious food (you will find definitely no better food near by) and the kitchen was really clean as well! They have really nice tours and sometimes they are even joining you with some good Musik and happy vibes. Key, the manager, is an awesome guitarist and we had some nice Musik - singing sessions!! Key and the Stuff also gave me some good advices for good sunset and other things to do on my own, it was awesome!! Thank you sooo much for the wonderful time!!

Highly recommend! - spacious room - very clean - good AC - own porch for each room - nice pool - free mineral water - good breakfast & opportunity to eat lunch & dinner on the property We booked a 4-island snorkeling tour through Kristal Garden and the tour was really good. Key made sure we have a great day and was always helpful and willing to fulfill any wishes/needs. We highly recommend coming here and book Kristal Garden and the tour without further thinking, you will love it here! Next time we will stay here too and book the sunset tour with the bonfire on the small Island.

- if it is very Important for you to have wifi e.g. for online meetings and such, you may want to ask beforehand to put you in a bungalow that is close to the reception. We had the very last Bungalow in the row and did only have a little wifi on our front porch. It did not bother us but may be important for people working abroad

The hosts were extremely friendly. They cook simple local dishes, which are insanely delicious... I recommend trips to nearby islands organized by them.

Garbage (plastics) everywhere you go especialy on the beach is global Indonesian problem, not only local. Hosts are environmentally aware. Hotel employees, as well as other people involved in tourism on the island, are aware of the problem and are picking up waste. The problem of littering is greatest in non-touristy places.
