Fantastic experience, from being welcomed on arrival until checking out. A huge thank you to the hosts Geoff , Tree and Taree for a memorable stay along with all the friendly happy worker that I came across. The quality of food was delicious and the best place for an ice cold beer ( the coldest beer experienced on the island). If you are going to Lombok, looking for a friendly welcoming hotel that makes you feel part of the family, I would highly recommend Bruga Villas Restaurant and Spa.

A very cosy, comfortable and good value “inn” - misnamed as these are not “villas” but 8 individual, good sized rooms with ensuite (partly outdoor), which all look directly onto a shared central pool. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with minibar and tea and coffee making facilities, and cable TV. Great large bed and nicely furnished. Quite a long walk to the beach - 10 -15 minutes to Selong Belanak- but so worth it - the best beach we came across on the island. The inn itself occupies quite a small plot and the pool is shaded most of the day, which is fine. The cafe/restaurant is on the main road so a little noisy when eating breakfast, but the bedrooms are to the back of the property. Staff members were super friendly, efficient and helpful, and rooms were very reasonably priced including breakfast. Breakfast was tasty but you could only have one item off the menu, along with local coffee (you had to pay extra for specialist coffee, which was very good) or tea and mixed juice, whereas other places we have stayed also supplied a fruit platter along with chosen breakfast. We did not eat dinner here as not taken with the atmosphere - televisions playing sport and surfing programmes. There is a great place just across the road which we would highly recommend called Club Kembali… All in all, a lovely place to stay with good sized rooms and a nice pool to dip into immediately from your room. Good value for money and really friendly and efficient staff.

It is a very lovely quiet place that we really enjoyed staying at. Just 10 Minute walk from wonderful Selong Belanak beach, one of the most beautiful and relaxed beaches, I have ever seen. The children especially loved the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. We did not have breakfast there, but enjoyed some Drinks in the Restaurant. Don’t miss the local restaurant on the right side of the road to the beach (Google Maps „Food Market Indo Original“): Phantastic local food.

After four months of travel, Bruga Villas was the bit of luxury we needed. The beds and pillows were so super comfy, and the room a perfect size. The pool was definitely welcomed after a day out exploring the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was amazing. The omelette would be one of our favourites in the last four months along with the pancakes. The restaurant was an added bonus, and served delicious meals. The best part of our stay were the staff who looked after us from start to finish. Thanks to Ipul who was a great communicator and helped with queries with a lovely smile. We also want to say a special thanks to Tari, Ogi, Che Che Taufik, Andi, Han, Ayu, Wiya, Ajah, Ridwa, Alpi, Layili, Tika, Rani, Elen, Lis (hopefully I noted everyone) for making our stay memorable. You guys are the best 🩷

Very well located nice and beautiful rooms. Nice pool, where we always went for a midnight swim after the beach. You can reach the fabulous Selong Belanak beach by foot in only a few minutes and can also rent scooters in the hotel to explore the area which I can recommend. The staff is very friendly and you can find 2 good restaurants very close, one belongs to the hotel and the other one across the street.

Our favourite place we stayed in Lombok! Highly recommend. Perfect location (3min drive to beach with surf, scooters available for rent, amazing beaches all around) Good food at restaurant, staff is so friendly and kind, room is nice and comfortable with good AC and shower Lovely massage available at spa Overall really great value

No negatives staying here

Breakfast was great, staff were excellent, it's a bit far from the beach if you're walking but a very nice place. Restaurant food was good too. Late checkout time (12pm) is good.

The room had a menu for cable TV and a set top box but I couldn't access anything, even local TV. I asked the staff, 2 of them tried to help without success. I think an instruction sheet would be a great idea.

I came here with my mum and we extended for 2 nights because we loved it so much! It was the best accommodation of our 1 month trip. The staff was extremely friendly & attentive. They helped us with everything and made sure we felt taken care of during the whole stay! The food of the restaurant is great as well and the rooms are huge and clean! 10 minute walk to the beach which was fine for us, one day we rented a scooter through the hotel which worked fine! All in all, 12/10 experience to stay there and we will definitely come back if we ever go to lombok again! So worth it!!

Absolutely nothing, we loved everything!

Very impressed! The staff were super friendly and helpful - they went to extra effort to ensure you were happy and receiving great service. I wish I could mention their names in this review but sadly I have forgotton. The rooms were great! Clean (I have high standards for this) and the beds were very comfy. Also the cupboards had an optional lock on them which was useful. I hope to return to Selong Belanak soon, and I will definitiely book to stay with Bruga Villas again!

Perfect location of the hotel, only 10-min walk from the beach. Staff was also very helpful and kind during the whole stay. Pool is nice for some relaxation time and wifi connection is of good quality.

One issue was the noise. The hotel is close from the main road, and you can easily hear the (very few) cars and motorbikes passing. The other negative point would be the price of options like taxi service and massage, which I find too expensive for the location (compared to standard pricing).
