From Check-In through to Departure received incredibly friendly welcome from the whole staff and made to feel like family. Room was spacious with a great rainfall shower and the view was incredible - both to wake up to, view the sunset and to watch the fishing boats at night in the bay with their lights on. The infinity pool was also a great facility to admire the view from which fronted my room. I used Sam the driver to get around for longer distances/airport transfer and for local trips used the free scooter service. Nothing was too much trouble - even happy to go and fetch some beers. Highly recommend Seven Havens and their team.

Exclusive feeling design and location, however it sits high on a hill so can be awkward to walk up to. The views are amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food was also of a good quality. Their communication was also brilliant.

The hill was a little too steep to walk up when going off site. Shower could have some more power and the toilet could also have a better flush as we had to use the hose to completely fill up the toilet system. There was a gecko that would wake us up every morning so be warned although very amusing. There is also a mosque near by and their morning prayer calls can be intrusive, however we were provided with ear buds to help with this. After a few days, you get used to it.

Loved it. Big shout out to all the staff. Had an absolutely great experience at Seven Havens. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Lombok. Great value for money. We loved the rustic design. Our first time visiting Lombok and because of our stay, we will definitely be back. The views from the rooms are incredible, the beds are comfortable and very clean. We stayed in the presidential suite. Daily housekeeping is perfect and done whenever requested. Complimentary water and towels are a great addition. Aircon works well but best to put it on max during the middle of the day as Indonesia gets hot. Pool area and view are god like, it’s hard to capture the beauty, a memory we won’t forget. Very serene and peaceful. Food is 10/10, staff are 10/10, lovely customer service and fair pricing for food and drinks. 10 mins walk to Selong Beach and 20 min drive to Muwan Beach or Kuta Beach. Easy. TV and fridge work as described. Things to consider: - Residence is on top of a hill so older couples may have trouble. Residence describes this and is expected if you want the view which is definitely worth it. Very easy to hire scooter or car lift with WhatsApp to take you up and down if hill is tiring. - Tropical country, so you will see monkeys and insects, but it’s Indonesia, that’s normal Otherwise very happy and thank you for the stay!

- Only negative is the doors don’t seal 100% properly but they do lock and are secure. Makes it a bit noisy at times during the day. However they explain it’s part of their sustainable approach to building materials and design. - If the doors sealed better, it would be a 10/10.

We stayed in the Cliff Haven Villa with a private pool – hands down the most incredible room in the entire resort! The infinity pool overlooking the lush mountains and endless sea felt like a dream. We had complete privacy, tons of space, elegant decor, and even daily visits from cheeky monkeys on our patio – it was magical. The staff were truly exceptional: always smiling, lightning-fast responses, and incredibly warm and helpful. We loved being able to order delicious food straight to our terrace and enjoy every meal with that insane view. Everything was perfect – this place is luxury, serenity, and natural beauty all in one!

Really enjoyable and relaxing stay I had a great experience staying here. The staff were kind and attentive, and everything felt well cared for throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and the private pool was a real highlight — very peaceful and a perfect place to unwind. The property has a calm atmosphere with a beautiful view, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s a well-managed place that makes you feel welcome without being overly formal. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

We recently stayed at Seven Havens residence Lombok and we can't stop raving about it! The views are simply breathtaking and gave us a feeling of being in a cozy cabin in the woods. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people managing the residence. The service team was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home. We were amazed by the warm and friendly nature of the staff. They took care of every single need promptly and with a smile on their face. No ask was too much for them. They even arranged transportation for us at a moment's notice and took care of our dietary needs. We must say that the service provided was truly outstanding and at par if not above some of the most expensive hospitality brands. We were really impressed with the staff's dedication towards their work. They are truly an asset to the property, and we sincerely hope that they are paid what they deserve. We booked this residence for the views, but we would definitely visit again for the service and warmth of the people running the place. Special thanks to the staffs - Rudi, Hassan, Pathul, Indar, Tari, Hambali and Yudi.

While the infrastructure of the residence needs a little uplift and regular wear and tear maintenance, the staff more than made up for it. When we first checked into our room, there were quite a few lizards, but the staff members patiently removed every single one of them which they could spot. Due to gaps in the walls, lizards and other insects do enter the room frequently.

- [ ] At least a second sun umbrella so that both sides of the daybed by the pool get shade - [ ] More hangers at the wall in the room and also in the bathroom (would be easy to implement, there is enough space)

The pool was cloudy which put me off swimming. Unfortunately the aircon in the room wasn't working properly so the room never cooled down.

We loved every single thing about this place. Seven Havens had the most insane view and incredible service from each and every staff member who were so attentive and ensured our stay was perfect. Abdul and Putri in front office, Paehung and Ely on service and all the housekeeping team (Herman, Kitting, Dayan, Marlo and Dion) meant our stay was fantastic. It was my boyfriend’s birthday when we stayed here and the staff went the extra mile to ensure he felt special and had a great day. We had an incredible time and we hope to stay again soon!

Simply W-O-W. It is an 11/10!!! Everything at this place was top notch from the people, location, view, villa and the service. Even the owner/manager came by to welcome us. We felt so comfortable and didn’t even want to leave. Every wish was fullfilled and made our stay seem like a dream. The food was incredible as well. We would definitely come back in an instant.
