This is absolutely amazing accommodation! The staff were super nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast and basically everything on the menu. The room was very nice and clean with all we needed. I really appreciate the possibility to refill your drinking water, whenever you like. It was quiet in the area, so it is the perfect place to relax. We took the opportunity to rent a scooter and we can definitely recommend! We met the lovely owners during our stay - Thank you! Bear in mind that reception is not 24//7, but they are responsive through Whatsapp. We were goint from the resorst to the airport and we could not find a taxi on the day of departure. The staff were so nice and they drove us to the airport - thank you once again.

Just 1 small thing - in the bathroom there was a jar of water with a white plastic cap. There was mould on the inside of the cap. But other than that the cleanliness was perfect!

We had a great stay at Amazing Lombok Resort! The place is well kept, the room and pool area are lovely. It is located in a quiet area but with a beach within walking distance and the village about a 10 minute drive. The owners are lovely and chatty, and all the staff are very friendly. They helped us organise transfer from the airport, transfer to the port at the end of our stay and scooter hire (at a very reasonable price) and even prepared some aloe vera for us from the garden to put on our sunburn! The food was good with a mix of indonesian and more western style food too. We are sad to be leaving!

Nothing. Great stay. If you want to be close to shops etc you will probably need a scooter (not a negative for us but just to be aware)

Hotel is a nice place with a lot of potential. Great place to explore the area. Owners and staff are great, very proactive, and help you with everything.

In our view, the rating does not correspond with services you would expect from a hotel at this level. It is an amazing place, but you must make your research before booking this place: location where it is and surroundings, no mobile network service (not the fault of the hotel), limited and rather poor quality breakfast/food options compared to other hotels in this price range and at this service level, smelly and dirty bathroom and toilet, limited sound proofing of the room.

We initially planned to stay longer at this lovely accommodation, but unfortunately, our plans changed after our first night. A large group of around ten men checked in, and the noise level significantly impacted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere we had hoped for. While we fully understand that the accommodation can’t control the behavior of other guests, it just wasn’t the relaxing experience we were looking for. However, we want to highlight the professionalism and empathy shown by the owner and hotel staff. They handled the situation with understanding and were incredibly supportive. They immediately refunded us for the remaining nights without any hassle, showing genuine care and attentiveness to our needs. It was clear they regretted the situation as much as we did, which we deeply appreciated. This is a beautiful place with a wonderful team running it, and we’re sure it would have been an amazing stay under different circumstances.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Amazing Lombok Resort, which offers a Western European standard of service and comfort, thanks to its European owners. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner and staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect.One of the highlights was the convenience of being able to rent a scooter directly from the resort. This made exploring the beautiful surroundings so much easier and more enjoyable. The scooters were in great condition, and the staff was incredibly helpful in arranging everything for me.The culinary experience at the resort was another standout feature. Every meal was expertly prepared and cooked to the highest standards. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making each dining experience a true delight.The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable, with every need and request being attended to with genuine kindness and professionalism. - Very nice and helpful personell/owner - Calm and well structured resort - Clean apartments and pool - Tasty food - A lot of beautiful beaches in scooter distance (~10 to 40 min) - Nice selection of board games

- Only one beach in walking distance (~10 min) - The resort is located in the country site. A scooter is required (can easily be rented at the hotel for 90,000 IDR per day) - Wifi had from time to time some hick-ups. Restarting the connection usually helped.

A peaceful retreat with amazing food and hospitality! Our stay at Amazing Lombok Resort was truly exceptional. The resort is incredibly quiet and serene, offering the perfect escape for us. The food was fantastic, with a great mix of Indonesian and European dishes that were absolutely delicious. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this resort.

Lovely hotel. Really friendly owners. Brilliant breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Very peaceful surrounded by lush green hills. Gorgeous salt water pool. Slightly more negative: Very isolated. Can walk to another resort about 20mins away for different food. No supermarket within walking distance. Beach not suitable for sunbathing or swimming as strong undercurrents.

Amazing Lombok Resort really went over our expectations. We knew it's going to be amazing and beautiful but the lovely staff and the welcoming Hotel Owners make our stay even more wonderful. They are super helpful and friendly but also very social to have nice conversations. We loved the location and its surroundings it felt super relaxing away from the hustle and bustle around green, lush nature and the local culture around. We definitely will come back. Amazing Lombok stands by it's name. Caring and lovely people working at this resort who made our stay AMAZING. On top of that the place was beautiful and well thought to the final detail. Loved to wake up every morning with paradise style views to the mountains, the smell of all fabrics, the shampoo... If we ever come back this place will be our point of reference.

Is not about not liking it, rather things out of the management control which with the time will improve. Accés from the main road to the resort needs improvement and also internet connectivity. So if you are the kind of person who travels half world to keep your face stuck to a screen, at the moment is not your place.
