I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The room was stylish, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed which made it hard to get up in the morning! One of the highlights was the balcony overlooking the stunning ocean – the view was simply breathtaking. Every member of the staff was super kind and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The beautifully maintained garden and the overall property were so charming that I ended up extending my stay. I can't recommend this place enough!

Rooms were clean and modern, there was a kitchen so we had everything we needed as a family with kids. Location is great. You need some effort to reach the beach - there is some decent, but it is fantastic. The local tavern is awesome

There was only one aircondition int he whole studio and that was in the bedroom. For me that was a serious issue. sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room one should survive the Greek heat with a fan. Alternatively one could leave the bedroom door open so that some of the aircondition would reach the living room. We did not enjoy our sleep cause either it was very warm in the living room or freezing in the bedroom when we were lowering the temp and leaving the door open to allow the rest of the house to cool.

We had a perfect stay here! Wonderful location, beautiful garden, comfortable room, lovely hosts, next to an amazing beach - everything was so good. The whole place is really well taken care of, quiet, calm, and free of crowds. Nice food at the taverna, too. It was just what we needed. Sfakia is a really special, interesting and beautiful place. We really wish we could have stayed for much longer. We will be back for sure! One small suggestion to the hosts: it would be nice if you could send an automatic message to guests after booking, to have confirmation from you directly (not just Booking), and to give some information about contacting you for questions and arrival. It is just a small extra that calms the nerves of anxious travelers :)

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

My daughters stayed by themselves and they loved their (newly refurbished) and impeccably equipped apartment. The view and location are exceptional. The garden and greenery are a fantastic bonus. Overall, they were extremely happy. The only thing that would make this establishment even better would be a swimming pool area: the beach, although beautiful, is a steep climb up and down and since it is not organised, one cannot spent the hottest hours of the day there.

The beach is not easily accessible, which makes the absence of a swimming pool (for use during the hottest part of the day) rather regrettable.

Awesome 2-story apartment with TWO bathrooms with showers. Clean, modern and stylish. Great quiet location amongst olive trees sitting above a pretty beach with good restaurants within walking distance. Great balcony upstairs with nice partially blocked sea view, patio on ground floor as well. Access to use single laundry machine (no dryer). Free bikes to checkout at front desk. Staff very helpful, welcoming and friendly! Arranged champagne and snack dish for anniversary celebration in room which was great. Helped with sightseeing plans.

The AC was upstairs in bedroom on lowest temp setting and could not keep the upstairs cool enough, and cool air did not get downstairs to kitchen, bathroom and living areas… way too hot to be comfortable and it wasn’t peak summer hot season. If anyone was along staying on sofa beds they wouldn’t have been able to sleep even with ceiling fans running. As usual with many European rooms, key card required in slot to power all electricity to run AC and lights so always hot when away for day. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, not a huge deal but clean towels would be a plus. Probably would clean if asked I’m assuming.

Very clean and modern and practise appartmens and so other services as to opportunity to borrow umbrellas, bikes and you can to use to machine free … they are thinking about we visitors needs, thanks very much, we are looking forward to next meeting with you❤️

The apartment was very comfortable, modern and spacious and it is located inside this residence just in front of the sea. The reception is located at the residence's entrance and it is always open. The staff is very kindly and helpful, they clean the room and change the towels every day. There are a couple of nice taverns just outside the residence, above the beach Orthi Ammos. The added value is the sky you can see in the night when you can only hear the sea.

Tastefully decorated, very comfortable apartment with full kitchen and everything you need for a great stay. The complex is in an excellent location at Orthi Ammos beach, which is stunning, and is a two minute walk from a fantastic taverna with a great sea view. The large bed was firm but very comfortable, and windows and patio doors have shutters, which is great, especially in early summer when the sun rises early. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to check in early and check out late which was very helpful.

The air con is a little trickier to use than some, but once I figured out the right mode to use it was very efficient in the bedroom but didn't alter the temperature much in the lounge area.

The rooms were very clean and even if we had some problems with our room, the host solved it really quick. The location is amazing, the garden is very nice and is right next to the beach. Very close you can find great taverns where you can eat local food (very delicious).

In the first night we had a window open and at 6.30 AM, from the olive trees, some insects started to make a lot of noise, but after closing the window we could sleep very well.
