Great location - one can get by foot to the city center but still you feel in the middle of a mountain range. The view from the window was great, the rooms clean and I especially loved the xbox in the lobby =) The hostess was very friendly and responsive. Jacuzzi in the backyard is a huge +.

Not a big problem but keep in mind that the hotel is uphill and the last 200m are quite steep =)

Nearly everything really, we had a great time in Krynica & at Wojcik Spa, would highly recommend it to anyone. The very comfortable bed deserves a separate mention. ;)

Even though we knew the exact size of our room, in reality it felt a bit on the smallish side (and so it was a bit tricky for our personal stuff not to be cluttered). Also, it would help enormously to have short descriptions for breakfast platters (especially for non-Polish and dietary-restricted guests).

It was a very good price for the value of staying in Krynica. Friendly and helpful staff, a clean apartment, a convenient location (a 15 minutes walking to city center), a comfortable beds, and an easy access to the main entrance via an access code to access the apartment, extra points for jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Hotel is located on very steep street.

Beautiful design, every detail worked out. Mineral water with healing effect to try at the reception. Self check-in and check-out. Great jacuzzi. Close walk to the city, free parking. Well equipped kitchen.

It's great there is a balcony with seating, but during summer, it would be useful to have some kind of shading there. Also in the evening there is no control over lights at the balcony, and the light is not strong enough for reading. In the room there was everything we needed, but it was quite tight to move around.

I loved everything.. I almost thought you get Uber from any location but I was wrong. With the staffs around, they can help you call a taxi to get around

The entrance door to building were very loudly when someone just drop them and not hold until closed. We heard that also in our room and it was disturbing.

Great and convenient location, you can start a hike right from the front door.

Rooms are in the small side.

great fresh place in a nice location. Spacious and clean rooms with nice bad. Next time in Krynica would also probably stay here.
