Room was clean and well ventilated. Bedding was comfortable. Good pillows. Breakfast was great - clean area, good selection, and lady running the area when we were there was very friendly and pleasant.

Mattress was a tad lumpy. Need to vacuum a little bit more. Front desk staff need a bit of additional education on customer relations and how important it is because they are the face of the business.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, super friendly staff

The walls are very thin so even if someone spoke in a whisper in the hallway it was very loud. Our neighbors alarm would wake us each morning. Also for $200 a night it should be a bit more upscale- feels like they are taking advantage of a conference being in town.

We loved the location and the room was large and very clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of food! The laundry service was free and the machines clean and easy to use allowing a large load!

The elevator was not working and we were on the top floor. It did have an outside entrance which made it easier to access but one had to use the stairs for everything else during our stay and that was difficult for older adults. However, the hotel did discount our room price which we appreciated.

Location, room, breakfast

Booked for 2 nights, got a call after first night asking g why stuff was still in 6. Told them we booked for 2 nights and had a confirmation through booking. They said they couldn't find that confirmation. They ended up letting us stay in the room. But waiting to see if we will be double charged for the 2nd night now.

The mid shift customer service I think her name was scoot was wonderful greeted us with a smile. And most importantly of all show us all love. We love her. She was the light of the hotel. And breakfast women was sweet and generous!

The hotel was excellent with cleanliness. Impressed, my room was cleaned the next day as well. Very friendly staff and greeted each time.

Everything met all my requirements for this stay. No complaints.

I liked the room. It was very clean. The hotel was clean. That’s a big deal to me and I appreciated it.

Minor detail. The elevator wasn’t operating and I was on the third floor. I have a very sore leg at the moment and climbing stairs is a bit painful. All in all - not a huge issue.

The desk staff was excellent! A special shoutout for the night clerk! She was very helpful and helped me get the stay on my IHC rewards. Really above and beyond with a great smile on top of it!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable, room was very clean and modern. Location to area we wanted to be in was easy to find, we felt safe. Staff were very nice.

Breakfast was good but would have liked to have had some fruit. By the time we got to eat at 8:30 (served 6:30 to 9:30), the fruit was all gone. Everything else was very good. The person restocking was very nice.

Pool inside cloudy and smelled off. Breakfast area too small and crowded easily. Items not being restocked like eggs, yogurt, biscuits.
