Starting at the front desk. Toni Welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. Next. Was to grab a bite to eat. We went to the Encore Bar and Grill. Yuliya was our server. Very patient, and offered suggestions. The food tasted fresh and tasty. When I asked if I could have an extra glass of water for the table. She brought an entire picture which was perfect. The next day when she saw s out and about, she went out of her way to stop by and see how our stay was going. Then let the fun begin. Sky Bar bartenders an absolute delight. Thomas, David, and Greg provided amazing service. So professional yet fun. The perfect combination you need in bar staff! Finish. Toni at check out was prompt and provided service with a smile.

The room was a little small and dated but not a huge deal we weren't in there much.

Very friendly staff more laid back Resort on the lake with the attached restaurant beautiful view of the sunset in the evening you can see the fireworks across the lake and the staff is very very friendly everything was nice and clean they had the room cooled off already for us when we got there and they even gave us a few tips on what was fun to do

Was perfect. I work at the Lake all the time. Place was clean, had everything you need, close to stores, and didn’t have to drive 30mph down winding roads for 20 minutes to get there. About 5 minutes from Highway.

There wasn’t anything that I came upon that I didn’t like. It’s perfect for work and I could get dinner and drinks at a lakeside bar 5 minute walk from room

The swimup pool was good but was so cold until the day before we left it was being heated was a lot better. Staff was friendly. Rides to the club even the owner took us once too. Inside pool we never got in there was hair n paper floating was alittle grose thought breakfast would be at least scrambled eggs r biscuits just cereal oatmeal muffins. It was our anniversary 20 years n we was supposed to get a Lakeview.

40 dollars for towels non refundable hair n paper in inside pool not getting the Lakeview that reservation said clearly on the reservation n cold water first few. Days but weather wasn't as hot out.

All of the convenient amenities from the nice comfortable clean room and the restaurant on the premises.The beautiful pool and location is perfect for anything and everything right in the heart of Osage beach!

Not a thing. It will definitely be my go resort again when I go back.

The people were friendly. We visited the Ozark distillery and LandShark bar and grill. The food and view at Reserve 1932 was amazing. And we enjoyed music at Encore.

The Tv and internet was not hooked up when we stayed, once we. Had it set up it was fine.

Staff was awesome! Tina was a big help, since booking.com messed up on reservation. Pool was great & loved being given a shuttle to Encore for the swim-up bar & restaurant, etc. We loved it! Will be back!

Booking.com needs to update the listing of the King bedrooms. It stated we would have lake views & a double room, but what The Resort had us reserved for was a basic small king room. This happened to several other people, too! The Resort made it right, though, so I will be back.

I've stayed here many times now. You don't even have to leave the resort as everything is conveniently right there. I enjoy the comfort and spacious rooms in the newer building.

Need an ice machine in that bldg and room service would be a bonus

The pool and restaurant are really nice. The restaurant is a little pricey. The hotel is being renovated and for it being an older hotel, it looks pretty good.

We picked the property for the adult pool. Saturday around 1pm we walked to the pool and there was not a person there. Not even a bartender. Maybe because it was the week before Memorial Day. So we went to Backwater Jacks and had fun there. The entrance to the hotel check in is a one lane road and really needs a better design.

It was in a beautiful spot. The staff was very nice. The Encore with the swim-up pool bar and wonderful entertainment were great! Such a great venue for entertainment. Nice to have the continental breakfast with wonderful waffles, muffins, and fruit each day.

It was a bit pricey and expensive.
