The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was nice.

The parking lot was horrible. The description said there was a beach and there was not, you had to drive pretty far to even see the lake. It was way overpriced, it is absolutely not an upscale hotel but it was nice and comfy, just a little pricey for the location to the lake and the ammenities

Good location. Great value. Excellent staff. Pool was nice for my Granddaughter. Clean comfortable room. Victoria, who checked us in Saturday afternoon, was excellent. She chatted with my 9 year old granddaughter while I filled out the paperwork. She was way above helpful, kind and courteous. Then Paula checked us out Sunday morning and was very nice, helpful, and courteous also. We've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was by far the best check in/out staff we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!!!

Parking a little tight, and a big dip we bottom out on at the bottom of the parking lot. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The facility is dated but very well maintained and meticulously clean. The area is safe and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. A very nice place to stay.

The parking lot is very steep. Showers are inside bathtubs which can be difficult for mobility issues. The breakfast offered was only packaged breakfast bars and muffins, but it was very nice that they had something available. You can feel the care and hard work put in to make your stay comfortable.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff at the front desk, and close to hiking trails.

Some communication mix-ups. We were given the key to our room, but when we opened the door we saw it was not ready yet. The next day when we got back, the keys no longer worked to get in so we had to go back and get them reprogrammed. Then we saw housekeeping took our used towels, but forgot to leave fresh ones. Front desk was very good to quickly help with all of it, though.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The website listed a "grab and go" breakfast and coffee, but there was none available, other than the coffee pot in the room. We were on our way to check out by the time that we figured that out.

Great local motel in Osage Beach. Kind of a nice throwback to a time before the big chains came to dominate the industry. Clean, comfy, great A/C in room and hot water for showers. Everything was as prior reviews promised.

No breakfast available during weekday. Staff was not always available. Price was higher than hotels in area with more amenities. Pets not allowed. Very high noise level on first floor. Refrigerator in room did not work. Few amenities.

The location was close enough to everywhere I was planning to go, but far enough from some of the noiser areas of town to be nice and peaceful. This is definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to! Staff was very friendly and competent and check in/out was quick and easy!

Price was great! We just needed a clean place to lay our heads. The room was clean and very comfy. We arrived late and the office was closed the lady at the front desk was so sweet.

The bathroom light exhaust fan shrieked but i neglected to share that when we checked out.

The room was clean and spacious. We didn't have any issues. The pictures don't do it justice. It ended up being better than I thought it would be. I loved the cleanliness of the linens and the bathroom. I loved that we were able to see our cars from the window.

There wasn't much I didn't like other than location. The location for some might be perfect, but for us, we ended up doing a lot of driving once we figured out what we wanted to do each day and unfortunately the hotel wasn't always close to those things.
