The room was clean and seemed sound proof, the bed was absolutely amazing and very comfortable.

I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for every single activity after paying $700 for 3 nights. It was my birthday vacation and I was almost more concerned about spending $151 on dinner for my family of 4 than I was enjoying myself. No free breakfast to feed my kids even coffee cost $7 for all 3 mornings.. when I think resort I think something must be included as a package deal but no every single thing costed $60-$100s of dollars to do.

The convenience of everything being on property was the best part. Never needed to leave. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was excellent. The drinks were delicious without being overly strong.

The thermostat on the HVAC would be my only complaint and it wasn't that bad. It was a little tricky to get a comfortable medium between too hot/ too cold.

Staff was very accommodating. We asked for more chairs for our suite and had no problem getting them and in a very timely manner. I asked to switch rooms so we could be closer to our group and the front desk was very helpful. Kids had a great time at the water park.

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of insulation between the floors and walls. Our suite where we stayed the first night, we could hear the neighbors at 2 o’clock in the morning. We were able to hear all the foot steps above us.

The room with a lake view was very nice and the view enjoyable. Truly appreciated the convenience of the golf cart shuttles around the property - many hills! :) The pool with food/drink service was great as well. You did not have to leave your table and continue to enjoy poolside.

Only thing that was negative was shortage of staff during the week specifically. Especially since you had a convention there and many people at the property, there was one person trying to run the front desk - check in and out, and the informaiton desk. Also, should advertise what is closed on the property and when, to avoid confusion, i.e. bowling alley was closed during the week when we were there. Yet we found a location close by for this entertainment.

Pool on the lake; indoor water park for kids; tiki bar; additional bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Nice little sandy area with chairs on edge of the lake. Friendly and attentive bartenders. Parking was on the same level as our room. (3rd floor)

Better choices of tequila/liquor at the tiki bar. This property is not walkable for someone with physical issues. Had I known, I would have just jumped in the car and driven to the pool. The main restaurant was not open for dinner, which might be due it being Labor Day?? Didn't make sense. No microwave in the room.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast staff was so welcoming and attentive- the food offered gave us many options. The pool areas were fun, clean and well staffed. Although we didn’t use them often, there were golf car rides offered around the property to get from one place to the next easily.

The golf cars and normal visitor cars were often driving way too fast for pedestrians.

Beautiful, spread out. Has gift shops, multiple restaurants.

Not enough staff for Sunday morning breakfast. They were working their tails off. Vending machines with snacks would be good in addition to just soda machines. A couple of the front desk staff weren’t very friendly but there was one working who was exceptionally nice and friendly.

The resort was clean and offered a lot of amenities and "stuff to do," being right on the water. The property is not easy to maneuver even with a map. I ran into three other couples who agreed with that as we ran into each mother trying to find our way around to similar places. We'll come back, but we know how to get around now.😀

The decor, the nice, the staff, it was clean, several pool options and enough places to eat.

The pizza was not very good. We spent $50 on 2 pizzas and drinks. When I got soda from fountain two little bugs shot into my cup. The bbq chicken pizza was not hot when it was handed to us. The cheese was not melted all the way.

Liked the ambiance, the theme, very organized and attentive staff, especially on check in.

The food in license to chill was very overpriced for the taste. The food was “blah” and tasted like it was pulled out of the freezer. For heat and eat food, I’d expect lower prices.
