Our room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly and so willing to help. We had some very bad storms while there and the staff was very attentive to our well being. I certainly would stay here again.

The food and bar are not at all good. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and Easter brunch at the Camden and none of it was good. I suggest a new chef. I ordered a simple Old Fashioned and got a glass of 7-Up. Yuck! I ordered a vodka gimlet and got a glass full of lime juice. I was told they didn't have Rose's lime which I should have been told up front and then I would have ordered something different .Yuck. The bloody mary's were actually good but only had an olive in them. A piece of celery or something would have been appreciated.

Property is beautiful, well kept up. Our room was amazing. Front desk staff was very helpful.

A member of the staff let themselves into our room 30 mins before checkout to remind us we had to check out in 30 mins. Very rude and unprofessional but the only negative incident with staff. Everyone else was so great Pool DJ was super friendly and loved his job there but I wasn't crazy about the music selection in general, kind of dated. Just needs an updated Playlist.

It was updated and very nice and clean. The rooms were huge. The staff was helpful and kind. The setup was easy to get around and it was very comfortable the entire time.

The coffee bar was expensive and we didn’t realize that until after ordering. Most condos/hotels/resorts have coffee in the mornings for free. Also, the pool closing at 10 wasn’t awesome. We were only in town one night and my kids wanted to swim but were unable to.

The room was HUGE and super nice. It is by far the largest room I have ever had at any hotel. ..and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. You could live there. The location was great and the view of the lake from the balcony was nice! The attached restaurant was pricy but really good food and service. We went in the off season but this place looks like it would be awesome in the summer! Gated parking.

We went in the off season which made it cheaper and we almost had the place to ourselves. BUT almost everything was closed down. Many of the amenities you would enjoy in the summer (onsite bars, pool, places to eat) were not available. There was NO ROOM SERVICE and that seemed weird for such a nice hotel. Nothing terrible but just know it is skeleton crew and features in the off season.

Hotel was nice, food was good. We always enjoy having coffee in the room and the "real" coffee mugs were a nice bonus. Good location and great view!

My husband has bad knees so we always request a room close to the lobby or elevator to shorten his walk. They responded right away and said they were happy to meet our room requests and room would be available on arrival. When we arrived, we had the furthest room from the lobby, and thus the longest walk! Needless to say, I was not happy and asked the person at the front desk why they assigned us that room, which was the opposite of what I requested, AND they responded that they were happy to be able to meet our request. Her response was, "I didn't do your room assignment." I understand that good help is hard to come by these days, but do your room reservationists not know your hotel layout?!?

The rooms were beautiful and clean and comfy for our brief stay we had a nice room for our stay/

I reserved the room on priceline.com because it was pet friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at check in they said there would be a pet fee which was unknown to me at the time of the booking. The lady at the desk was nice enough to give us a little bit of a discount on the pet fee because we had an eight week old puppy we just adopted. It was nice she gave us a discount, but it was frustrating that that wasn’t revealed at the booking. $75 a day is a very high price and without me asking she reduced it to $50 for a 3 pound puppy that we kenneled. Still an added expense I wasn’t expecting to pay. I did appreciate her discount and the room she gave us had a nice view and was close to the outside door to take our pup out to the bathroom.

The property is immaculate; our room appeared to be almost brand-spanking new, and that’s coming from a fairly particular [read: picky!] person. The design firm that created the rooms’ decor did a top-notch job (except for the hallway sconces, which appear to belong in a Cinnabon store!) When we entered our room, we literally both exclaimed over how lovely it was! Oh, and the room included a small kitchen that I’d not expected, which was also beautifully appointed! The staff was absolutely FABULOUS! We thoroughly enjoyed everyone with whom we spoke. Check-in and check-out were also a breeze. We’re returning to the Lake next month and there is no question that we’ll stay at Camden on the Lake again! It absolutely beats the pants off The Four Seasons!

The doors to the rooms and some of the furniture had deep scratches that could be easily repaired with a stain marker in about five minutes. I was displeased that the closet did not accommodate my long dresses, just pants and tops.

No good breakfast choices and a cup of o.j is 4 dollars for the price of these rooms it really should be a little more free accommodation when it comes to food and beverages

Loved the room it was so nice. The shower and bathroom were beautiful. I loved the fact that we had our own balcony. The fact we had a whole kitchen was amazing as well.

The staff were super snobby and very unfriendly. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at us and our apparel (we were there for a cannabis event). The man who checked us in was SUPER snobby like they both snubbed their noses at my girlfriend and I. The man who checked us in seemed very rushed to get us out of the way, but he didn't smile not once. If you're going to work in hospitality, then maybe you should not be such a snob or be a sour puss.

Very nice and well maintained. Beautiful bathroom and shower. The beds were awesome. We really enjoyed the balcony since the weather was unseasonably warm.

The toilet paper was 2 ply and rather rough. The coffee supplied for the room was more like tea and only one bag provided. The Front desk seemed to be battling with the Boutique employee. Boutique clerk was snoozing in the clothes rack so I had to call out loudly to get her attention. I also wondered if the Ph was off in the hot tub. It irritated my legs, opposite of chlorine.
