We were looking for a great staycation at lake of the Ozarks. And we have always heard good things about this place. It was so quiet and so perfect we decorated the cabin for Christmas and had family come over to enjoy the lake while we grilled and while it being 50° outside ! There wasn't many things that I didn't like. There wasn't any shampoo. But I know we were early! There wasn't many comfortable places to sit, nor were there dressers to place our clothes.

This was my second time staying at Buddys Harbor and the entire staff and the facilities are the best I’ve seen anywhere at the lake of the Ozarks. I would highly recommend you and your family stay at Buddys Harbor. It’s the perfect location, the best lakefront cabin. The best pizza at the Lake Of The Ozarks, the most fun I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to the lake ever since the early 1960s. I can only imagine what it’s like in the spring and summer! Can’t wait to find out the spring.

I liked every single thing.

Buddy's has its own "small community" atmosphere. It has all of the amenities that we were looking for. Very friendly staff. Our room is exactly what we anticipated. We immediately booked Memorial weekend when we got home from our 4/25-4/26 visit. This is an amazing facility, all the way around. I wish them all the success in the coming years. --Stacy Eastwood

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. My son discovered he enjoys kayaking which was cool. Pizza at the lounge was delicious. The vibe is very relaxed. The pool was great, and the bar staff was very accommodating. We hope to come back, great find!

Everything met our expectations - our original cabin had an issue with the water heater and the owner, Oscar responded quickly to move us to a different cabin. Thank you!

Very relaxing vibes. You can order drinks from the bar or lounge or drink your own. There were two different food options so you don't have to leave or cook. You also have options to swim in the outdoor pool or the lake. Cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great.

Toilet paper provided could be better. I'll just bring my own next time 😉

Not enough shelves in the bathroom or towel rods. Little more lighting, check for voltage that are blown out. Quiet time at 10 but the bar and gaming room I thought would be open until 11. I would prefer 11 and change your advertisements to read 10 instead of 11. Overall had a wonderful time will come back again.

Property has a great location, friendly staff, and although we went during an off-season, still had fun exploring and fishing. Our cabin was clean and cozy, and had stove/pans/dishes/utensils for us to make dinner. :)

They were working on upgrades at the property, and it had just rained, so it was a bit muddy, but that’s not their fault; it comes with making the property better. Our futon was broken, and we needed it in order to accommodate our sleeping needs. The bed badly sagged in the middle due to the broken frame. We found that taking the mattress off the frame and putting it on the floor made for a much better additional bed. We did not complain, the kids loved the rustic sleeping.

From the moment I pulled in, I loved the location and setting. So did my service dog Bodri, my 9 yr old Hungarian puli. The place is amazing with so much to do. Never short on any activity. Oscar, Jeff and Cory were all amazing, helpful, and Jeff makes the best pizza I’ve ever tasted here at the lake. I can’t wait to come back with my sister and stay in cabin number 10 again. It’s got the perfect view of the swimming pool and the entire cove!

Owners Kristen and Oscar were over the top fun and accommodating! Everything from the initial pre-check in Q&A that were answered quickly, to dining out suggestions they had and things to do, the wave runners were fast, and the entire trip was fantastic. Super cool resort and plenty of things to do. Didn't want to leave, but holiday trips can only last so long.

Such a beautiful setting. The owners and staff were absolutely charming. The atmosphere of the bar was incredible. This place comes as close to feeling like home as you can get. Sitting by the lake, you could watch the fish jumping in the water. We are definitely looking forward to returning with friends and family.
