How gorgeous it was

How you have to pay for concerts at the hotel when you’re in their hotel, should’ve been free for all customers staying at the hotel. Parking was crazy. Breakfast should’ve been free to all hotel stays, at least one night. And the biggest one is that you have to check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Not cool because paying customers are Not getting their full 24 hours. Then to say to check in early or check out late you’ll owe them money. I stated you all will owe me money because I can’t check in until 4 pm and that’s only 19 hours Not 24. Don’t play with me when it comes to numbers, it’s a rip off. That needs to change ASAP

Very nice room with plenty of space. The restaurant is ❤️‍🔥 and it's a very nice atmospheres. The staff is pretty nice and It's just all around beautiful Hotel for he money.

There was a small stain on the pillow case and the street sign could use some lights. I passed it a few times and almost turned into the wrong road leading out.

The location & price was great, centrally located & easy to find. The rooms & facility was clean & welcoming.

The bed was hard & not at all comfortable but the room itself was very nice, the bed was just not comfortable.

Room was very clean and beautiful! I liked that they had robes available. The bed was very comfortable!

Security pounded on the door at 11:00 pm because "I don't have anyone in this room.". We checked in after 10:00 pm and apparently they were not alerted about our stay. We were in bed when this occurred. It was pretty frightening.

I didn't find any breakfast on site. I didn't have the reservation in my name and thought everyone was going to be mad at me. Amber was awesome.

The hotel wasn't serviced and there were not enough towel. I didn't think there would be a direct deposit and I was charged $1000. I need to get that back because my rent is due and I have not been reimbursed.

The room was very nice and perfectly clean. There is so much to do right on the property without leaving.

If you are going there to sleep on the weekends you will want the side of hotel opposite the outdoor pool because the music is very loud until 10:00.

Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved couplewho hosted the open mic night.

No wash cloths upon arrival, no breakfast on site, showers very slippery.

they did not have breakfast except saturday and sunday

they forgot to service the room one of 4 days but i think they were short of staff

music at the pool was great. game room / sports bar was so fun

coffee shop was not open in the morning. I think just due to post Covid staffing. not a big deal

Loved having a private balcony. Breakfast buffet in the morning is good. The events are great!!
