The beautiful view of the lake. Close to shops and restaurants

We stay here about 2 times a year for the past few years. This time we had a few issues. Upon arrival we were told building B elevator was not working. My husband (76) Has COPD and can't do stairs. But they sent someone to help with luggage. At the last minute they found opening in another building on ground floor. It was a ADA room that was missing a few things, no toaster no light bulbs in living room, the bath tub was extremely slick and bed was hard as a rock. We still love this place and will try it again. FYI if you need an ADA room, the parking lot is on a hill hard to walk it would be hard to use walker or wheelchair.

Love the atmosphere. It was just what my family needed. The local restaurants were great especially JB Hooks. The view of the lake from the room balcony is beautiful. The hot tub is the perfect end or beginning to the day.

The only thing that could make the room better is a more modern feel. The furniture is becoming dated along with the fixtures. The shuffle board in the community room could use some love. There is not enough sand to play properly. The hot tube Jets do not work. This could be because it was still considered off season but nothing is posted to indicate this.

Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was informed that the charges were slightly higher than what I paid to booking.com. They apparently missed some taxes ($23 over 2 nights). I didn't think this should be my responsibility, and should be worked out between Worldmark and Booking.com, but I didn't want to bother with it over $23. The property was nice, and I'd still recommend it

Check with Worldmark to make sure the charges are as advertised on Booking.com. I was impressed that there were no cleaning charges on this rental condo, but was not happy when I was told that my payment to Booking.com didn't cover everything. My son is on a tighter budget. He got a room, and the extra charges didn't suit him well either

The room was great. We really like the pool facilities and there is lots of games to play in the club house.

We were not able to get in our room until after 6 which was very hard unfortunate. We arrived around 4:30 and check in time was 4. The room was not ready. Also parking was a problem of you got back to the facility after 8pm.

LOVED the water-front view. Very nice pool and well-maintained! Staff were helpful with restaurant and attraction recommendations! Made for a very enjoyable visit!!! We will seek out other World Mark properties!

I think it's cheesy to have to purchase internet connection daily! It detracts from the "classy" property image!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've stayed there over 100 times , used to be owners until everyone and their dog could get a room so we sold out.

The place was flooded with over 2 dozen cats, was loading up to leave came back with a load and I had three fu...... cats in my car!!! Was not happy! I'm allergic to cats! They walking I walls , jn pool area, on cars, under cars etc. I've seen one or 2 before but nothing like this!

Nice room. Beautiful views. Nice to have cooking equipment available. Washer & dryer n room.

Extra charge that wasn’t revealed until we checked in. Elevator out so had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Ok for us but others could have issues.

Location on the lake is incredible! Views from our balcony were beautiful! Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and laundry were so convenient

The check-in process was kind of rough. The first night, we had some issues, but they were resolved.

Our room was very clean and we were able to sit on the lanai and enjoy the lake. It was close to several golf courses which was the point of our getaway.

The second bedroom was twin beds which would be great for children. However, the next time I book for 4 adults, I will be more conscious to reserve a room with 2 kings or a king and queen sized beds!

The location is wonderful and the unit incredibly spacious and comfortable. Great access for dock fishing or a boat pick up. The view is spectacular.

The exterior of the unit, specifically the stairs, were in need of repair. The staff could have been more friendly, checking felt like we were inconveniencing the woman.
