We were here for 3 nights to attend a wedding at Bridal Veil Lake. The hotel and the staff are TOP NOTCH!! Everyone at the front desk was super friendly & helpful! The weekend breakfast crew, especially Anna, kept the breakfast area spotless and provided an outstanding breakfast every day! Our room and the hotel were so clean, the bed was super comfy, and the housekeeping staff always made sure we had everything we needed. We haven't had this kind of outstanding service at a hotel in a long time! The location of the hotel is perfect as a home base for area sites. Make sure you go to the Troutdale Food Truck Station while you are there. 20 food trucks in one location! Excellent choices and such a fun place to go to. Put this hotel at the top of your list! We definitely have!

We were traveling with a pet. The room was set up with this in mind: vinyl flooring, near the rear door and an area expressly set up to take your pet with both gravel and lawn area, a bench for customers to sit, poop bags and garbage can and lighting. T he motel offered a good breakfast with fruits, cereal, waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits, bread, gravy, packets of salsa, ketchup, jam and other condiments. There was hot water for tea, various varieties (bold, regular, or decaf) coffee, juice, yogurt, and seating. All and all a full breakfast.

we booked through booking. com and it did not disclose there was a $20 non-refundable deposit for pets. I would still say the $20 was worth it for the room and meal available.

The front desk staff was EXCEPTIONAL! So friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved our spacious family suite with three very comfortable beds and soft duvets. We liked the location, very close to the concert venue, the cute downtown area, Glen Otto Park and Sugarpine Drive-In!

Although not the fault of the hotel at all, the other guests slammed their doors, which woke us up many times during the night and early morning. Maybe someday someone can come up with a “soft close” hotel door…

The staff at this place is excellent! They're professional, kind, caring, and they listened to our concerns. While they weren't able to provide the additional rollout bed we'd hoped for to accommodate our stay. Instead, they upgraded our family *free of charge* with the family suite, which was perfect. It included the additional bed that was needed. 😊 The free breakfast that's also included with the stay was also pretty good. We'd definitely recommend the Comfort Inn in Troutdale - Portland East to family/ friends/ everyone. They know how to treat their guests! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Comfortable rooms Variety of breakfast offered Always coffee and water Nice exterior hot tub with towels provided I want to thank 3 members of the staff : The night lady (owner of Mr. Tuck -whom we loved!- ) The day lady who was so nice and sweet (she’ll know who she is: she printed my document for me and had some kind words for us as we were going to the Celebration of Life of our brother) The breakfast lady (from Thursday to Sunday) always asking of everything was ok, if we wanted more things, warning us when she was about to put food away and closing breakfast. You 3 made our stay so much better!

Good spot to stop for the night on the way to the Columbia Gorge to enjoy all the natural beauty the Gorge has to offer. We were able to leave early enough to beat the crowds to the parks parking areas. We stopped here as a side trip on our way down to the Oregon Coast from north of Seattle (Marysville). The hotel is right next to a heliport, but the building is so well built you don't hear the noise. Good hot breakfast.

Not any decent restaurants around the hotel location for dinner. They did have a decent complimentary hot breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. The king side bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The lady who made sure that the coffee was full and the food was hot, did an excellent job. In fact, I think she should be commended for being such a hard worker, making sure there was plenty to eat, and everything was ready. Amy at the front desk was very personable and friendly.

I choose this location because that is where I want to be. The motel is always clean, the food is more than adequate and the staff is exceptional!! The location gives easy access to any direction you may want to go. The rooms are adequate and the breakfast is adequate with a fair price. Most of all the staff is always friendly and helpful. The young lady that was there most of the time was very prompt at taking care of things and was very good about acknowledging people if she was busy with someone else. She was also great about making sure she got done with what she was doing and getting to the people that needed attention. She was always pleasant no matter what went on. She worked longs hours and was still very gracious with everyone.

The sink drain in room 126 needs cleaned out as the water backed up and took quite some time to drain. I meant to tell the front desk and forgot to mention it. All in all, everything was great and I will continue to stay there.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The location was easy and accessible. I loved that the complimentary breakfast served biscuits and gravy and sausage and especially those sheet pan eggs I like so very much.

Honestly, I've been to a lot of hotels in Oregon and this was the most clean, most comfortable and best breakfast. I loved everything and have no complaints.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by, who I think, is the employee of the month, Tuck. Though he has 4 legs nothing stopped his 5 star customer service. His mom was there to supervise but I think he could have handled checking us in all in his own. The fact that they also had a full , warm breakfast was amazing. The facility is clean and staff kind, welcoming and warm

The hot tub is outside, I feel like that was a decision not made by anyone who lives in oregon. But it had been a reason we booked but couldn't use because of the weather.
