The room was very clean and spacious. I loved the beds, they were super comfortable to the extent where we slept in longer than we had planned to. They also had breakfast in the mornings: simple but tasty. They had cereals, bagels, waffles, coffee and fruit juice. As a bonus, if you're there on a clear day, you get to catch a beautiful glimpse of Mt. Hood from some rooms and their parking lot.

The location is quite far from the city of Portland (~30 min drive) and it's not well connected with public transport. So renting a car or taking a cab would probably be your best bet. However, it's a great option if you primarily want to visit the Columbia gorge and Mt. Hood government camp as this is much more closer than Portland or Beaverton.

During the time I stayed here; there was an horrible ice storm in the Portland area and it cut out power to most people's homes for almost a week. So I went to check on my children and their father and found that they were one of the houses without power. I quickly decided to book us a hotel as I'm sure that everybody was doing. I found the Bridgeway Inn & suites on the booking.com app and because there was availability booked immediately without hesitation. Then we got ourselves an Uber up there. My two young kids, myself and their father were freezing cold when we showed up almost half dead. The person at the desk had to manually force open the door for us to get in because the ice had stuck it shut. From the minute we arrived he was incredibly kind and understanding. It took a very long time to get checked in, again that was due to the ice storm cutting out the Wi-Fi. However he did not get upset with my children for running all over the lobby and crying and whining as any other very uncomfortable little kid in that situation would do. He was very tolerable and understanding toward us all. I believe that employee had not gotten to sleep for at least two or three days and nights due to circumstances of the ice storm. Even still his professionalism never wavered.

Most of what I did not like was due to the inclement weather causing problems. However, I will say though that the bathrooms are not in the best of conditions. The toilet was clogged and backing up even before the plumbing went. Also there is a problem with the TVs. If you don't know the exact process you will have to have somebody from the desk get your TV working for you. Also I know that it can be a mess to clean up wouldn't people are careless about the debris left over but I would have much preferred the option to take back to my room some of the Continental breakfast items. When you have two little kids and you're staying in a hotel it can be chaotic to have them in the dining room.

The beds were very comfortable and staff was helpful and very polite.

Floor in breakfast room was extremely sticky and area needs a refresh. Carpet in the room needs replacing as it was torn and missing near the bathroom walkway. Enough missing that I was stabbed in the foot from the tack strip. Parking lot and sidewalk in front was dirty and should be cleaned daily.

Manager ( I didn't get her name) was more than helpful. She helped me with 2 issues and the genuine smile never left her face. She was new to the location and whoever transferred her to work here made a great decision. She had to call another two employees to fix the TV and they also were great. Bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and had a lovely look to it. The location was fantastic,15 min. to the airport. Thank you all.

It was nice and comfy and the bed was comfy, I love staying where there is breakfast!, and I'm in between homes right now, and I love the area!!!

Being downstairs with no elevator,I've recently had knee replacement so I hate stairs!! I plan on coming back in a couple days I'll have to get a room on the main floor!

The size of the room was absolutely amazing. As well as the provided breakfast. The staff and there willingness to work with someone and give them a chance is great. It's hard to find good service like that today. I recommend giving it a shot if you need to stay in the area.

The size of the television in the room could have been larger and would have been nice to be able to stream on it. The cost of the room seemed a little high as well. And the quality of the provided soap.

the staff are very nice very clean and they gave me a nice upgraded room with the Jacuzzi hot tub it was a really nice night there

the parking I don't think the parking is very safe there and this swimming pool should have been open later

The front desk worker that worked on 5/30 night shift was super polite and worked with me on getting me a room that could accommodate my disability. I give him a 10 best worker there I have interacted with.

. My room was not clean the head board had god knows what on it. It looked like someone had spit on the wall .The table needed to be wiped down. The smell was not to good as well need to invest in those things u put on walls that make it smell good.

Price , location close to freeway and fun areas to see, full breakfast but at 8:35 pm not full containers

Breakfast 8:35 no eggs, no sausage, no bananas or fruit, white bread only not much and not wheat bread, no yogurt, no milk till 8:55 closes at 9 am

Can for the weekend. Enjoy the hotel very much. Better then I expected for the value and they were kind let us check in early
