The room was nice and quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and respond quickly to requests and problems. One of the staff members -- the dark-haired woman who was at the desk alone on the morning of Wednesday, April 16, 2025 around 6:30 AM -- was really exceptional; I was sitting in the lobby a while that morning, and she was keeping herself constantly busy, fixing things, cleaning things, and generally being an above-and-beyond employee; when I asked if the coffee was fresh, she immediately made a fresh pot for me. I was very impressed with her, and would have offered her a job on the spot had I been looking for an employee.

The hotel itself is unremarkable; it's not terrible at all, but not great either. It's nice enough. Portland isn't very nice these days, unfortunately; it's a very beautiful city but has suffered badly in recent decades. A significant swathe of the hotel's clientele look like they're homeless, or at the very least, extremely 'street' to the point of being 'ghetto.' That's not the hotel's fault; they do keep it looking good, and once you're in your room you'll likely be pretty happy.

Kitchenette was cool. The place was clean and reasonable and very quiet. Heater in room worked great and as a power outage refugee that was the most important. The bench in the bathtub was sturdy and awesome. Kitchen ware provided when I asked. Full size frig. 2 burner stove. Microwave. All very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

No dish soap. I asked. Nope. The dishes provided were clean but the silverware was kinda manky. Glad the hot water in the sink worked. Shower only got lukewarm. Asked for extra blanket and got a sheet. NO COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM.

The staff is very nice and helpful , any requests I needed or had they made it happen and worked we with me. Definitely I would stay here again and would suggest this hotel to my family And friends.

The only One Entrance THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR ONLY no side exit or back door exit. That was a BIG NEGATIVE AND A -10 ON MY LIST. IT WAST ACCOMMODATING AT ALL THAT IS THE ONLY DOWNFALL ABOUT THIS LOCATION. IT WASNT EASY AT ALL TO GET UR LUGGAGE IN AND OUT OF HOTEL, A WHOLE BUNCH OF SPEED BUMPS IN THE PARKING LOT JUST TO GO INTO THE GATED PARKING IT WAS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. BUT OTHER THAN TRYING TO GO IN AND OUT OF THE HOTEL MY STAY AS ACCEPITIONAL AND NICE. BUT ENTRANCES NEED A DIFFERENT APPROACH for children and families and guest to help with Accessibility AND GUEST USER FRIENDLY NEEDs a comfortable DIFFERENT entrance and Exit POLICY.

All side entrances were locked- has to goes thru lobby,long walk w heavy luggages.

The place was quiet, staff was overall friendly except odd looks at my service dog and myself every time I walked through the lobby for the first few days

When I called and told the staff I had a service dog with me they only asked ‘does he bite’ an d’how big is he’ which was extremely jarring as at the property, a different employee clearly knew the ADA rules and only asked the 2 questions

Everything, this is a great place to stay. So close to town but in the cut... It's just great for everyone...

Only one enter and exit and the parking lots kinda far... that is a true pain in the a., and the three speed bumps, I mean cmon really is it necessary... They are too much for real... I think someone who has dealings with this hotel is a bit paranoid. My advice is this. Life is to short to live in the fear that someone is going to f#,'n you over. Love man, and you'll have nothing to fear... And this is coming from one of the most paranoid people on thr planet, well close enough...

I like to take cash not just credit cards is for some people don't have credit cards and it's really hard to run a room that they accept cash so that was a good thing and I like that it had a nice room is a big room friendly staff

Didn't care for the parking very much I'm handicapped and there was only a couple parkings in the front and it one of them was taken by somebody that was not handicapped

The staff, the location and the size of the TV in my room, the room was clean, etc. .

The water pressure in the shower, the burn marks in the shower and on the vanity, we had to remove the top of the toliet for it to stop making water running sounds and the toliet seat wasn't completely screwed down on the bowl.

This hotel carries itself like a high end 3 diamond vegas hotel. It even has the smell of it. Its comfortable and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I give them a 10 out of 10.

I would love an airport shuttle.

Staff was amazing. Room was large and well supplied. Front desk had the toaster I asked for. They had other stuff, too but I didn't need anything else. No bad chemical smells.

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy with homeless, though it was lovely with nice trees. Bed a bit soft but I like a firm mattress.
