Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for an afternoon outing. Lobby was clean. The hotel was located in an area that was quiet and relaxing.

The only complaints is that there are no restaurants in walking distance to this location. You had to drive down interstate to for any restaurants. The in house restaurant appeared to be only a bar with fat hairy men sitting, drinking and watching a ballgame. My party was three women and we did not feel comfortable there. Also the construction going on across the parking lot was disruptive. The workers were yelling and using very explicit profanity.

Location is where I needed to be. I don't like that the area necessitated using your room key to enter the hotel after hours or every time you use the elevator, but it is good the hotel has invested in that safety and security.

I wish hotels would stop using these obnoxiously loud Amana systems and switch to quiet mini-splits. Woke up multiple times at night when the stupid thing kicked in until I finally turned it off at night and suffered through a warm room instead.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were all incredibly friendly and help. It was clean and had so many amazing features. We loved our time at the pool and hottub. The rooms were quiet and no noise from neighbors. Loved the rooms decor, space, and cleanliness. We hope to come again!

The beds were a little too firm for us and we both woke up with back aches. The linens could have been a bit softer as well. Not enough to keep us from staying again.

Jessica at the front desk was amazing. So personable and kind. She started our experience off right. She helped us feel welcome and safe. The room was really unique and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really clean as well as the entire hotel itself. Just a great experience overall.

Nothing really too bad to say! The beds were okay on comfort level. Could be better but could definitely be way worse as well.

Did not try the breakfast but did try evening fare. Wings, and grilled cheese + tomato soup very good. Bed, bathroom, and shower were very comfortable. Liked the desk-work station. Quiet parking lot. 2nd floor stay very quiet - much quieter than the 1st floor. The open lobby - bar - lounging area is a very European trend, which I enjoyed. The outdoor lounge area is quite nice with a firepit and comfortable chairs. This location has excellent freeway access and offers multiple routes to the airport. Manager was responsive to our request to switch to a contract stay with our home insurance and was available by phone for any questions while we extended for the holiday weekend.

Restaurant and bar prices a little high. Coffee makers in the room are pretty small - even for one cup of drip coffee. Refrigerators are really very small, with no freezer section. Those could be improved.

Property is bright and clean Bed comfortable Staff nice

The only reason i did not give this property 5 stars is that i have come to expect coffee and tea and many other places offer a breakfast bar. Here one had to pay $4 to $6 for morning coffee One could purchase some other food items in the lobby. There was a small coffee machine in the room with one packet of coffee and powdered creamer. It made 3/4 cup of not very good coffer

Jessica, at the front desk, made this trip exceptionally memorable. My friend and I were new to the area and she recommended us places to visit and was very helpful and friendly. Every time she saw us she would greet us and ask us what we’re getting ourselves into. We would definitely recommend staying here just to experience her good energy and vibe!

The location, right off the freeway, right across street from 7/11- so we could get our snacks :) and the evening staff, named Michael, was incredible! So kind, and even came to our room to help fix our tv, he’s a real gem! The pool and hot tub were awesome as well!

Not a huge deal, but the conditioner was empty in shower.

It's very clean! The staff is wonderful always cheerful and ready to assist with any thing you might need

You just need to keep the pool and hot tub open 24hrs like 5he gym. Great gym btw large and lots of options.

The room was extremely noisy. Super load sounds every time the room above us flushed their toilet. Also, super noisy when the people upstairs took a shower. Needs much sound proofing. I asked for a room upstairs but refused by the front desk. Very disappointed would likely not return to this hotel.
