The breakfast was great it had a lot of options for being a holiday Inn express and it was kept stocked and hot. The night manager/desk employee was exceptional and he honestly made the crappy parts of the hotel not so bad.

We were told that if we wanted housekeeping if staying more than 1 day we had to request it 24h in advance. That is not indicated on their site and if that was the case I would have to request before even arriving. There were only 2 sets of towels for 4 guests and it took hours when I requested more towels. The 2nd day when I had called about housekeeping when they took the dirty towels they did not leave new and when we came back for the day and I called for towels it again took hours. Quiet hours were not adhered and there were people tailgating in the parking lot. My bed bad batteries in it (weird I know) so I know the sheets were not changed in between guests.

Breakfast was amazing and location was just about 5 miles from where we needed to be. I am in a wheelchair and got a handicap accessible room and was very pleased that the room had enough room to freely move around

Was appalled that there was mold and/or mildew in the caulking around the base of the shower. Also, the bed was too firm and I had to sleep on the chaise in the room

The hotel was pretty affordable, and we enjoyed the breakfast. They have hot breakfast options included in the price which is very important to us. The room was ok they have microwaves, a minifridge and a keurig in the room. Also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. They very kindly gave us a king bed room instead of a two full bed room on check in upon request.

Water pressure was ok but not great. Facilities could’ve been cleaner but we’re very picky about that stuff. We only stayed one night and it was pretty cheap so it was perfect for what we needed.

The employees at this hotel are always very friendly. I stay there twice a year, and have always found everyone that works there to be very friendly. The place is clean. The breakfast is good. The location is great for me. When I go home to visit this is where I stay.

There were some very loud children in the hallway by my door , some sort of hockey team . Thankfully they quieted down around 10 pm. Although that's late to be that loud at a hotel.

The staff and the rooms were amazing. Loved how you could tell they cleaned the rooms. Housekeeping was there from early morning til 4pm cleaning. I saw one housekeeper flipping the king sized mattress over to clean better. They have soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner that is literally “attached” within the bathroom and sink area, so there’s no taking them. The room we had was handicapped accessible so there was no tub, which wasn’t a problem. They had a 2 peep wholes so if you’re in a wheelchair there wouldn’t be a problem with you seeing shoes knocking on your door. The lobby is pretty big for the size of this hotel, I couldn’t fit the rest of the lobby into the picture but to the left they have snacks for sale. The snacks aren’t entirely too pricy but there’s a Kroger, Dollar Tree located in the plaza next to the hotel if you want more options. The double doors is where the breakfast is served between 6:30-9:30 am M-F & 7-10 am on weekends. The breakfast that’s included was amazing. They have a pancake machine that you can press the button and it’ll make 2 at a time for you. My kids thought it was pretty cool to watch. Breakfast included: Pancakes Bagels Muffins (blueberry, banana nut, double Choc) Bread English muffins Mini Cheese or Veggies omelettes Pork sausage links Turkey sausage patties Sausage gravy and biscuits Warmed cinnamon rolls Oatmeal (topping: cinnamon, walnuts or raisins) Cereal (fruit loops, raisin brain, Frosted Flakes w/ dried strawberries) Fruit (apples, oranges & bananas) Drinks (water, cranberry/apple/orange juice) Yogurt (6 different types) Pre cooked eggs 2 different types of milk They have I believe 2 rooms for businesses to rent and the upstairs lobby was great for doing work if need be.

The lobby restroom wasn’t as clean as the room bathroom but I only used it because my daughter spontaneously said she had to use it when we’re getting breakfast. Honestly I believe I caught them on a bad day because there were 2 bus loads of people who came in that day.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was what I expect from holiday inn. Breakfast area clean and well attended. My room had crumbs on the bedside table, crumbs on the floor near the second bed and the second bes was sloppily made with a dent in the pillow and what looked like the imprint of someone sitting there earlier. Bathroom was clean. I felt a bit yuk about the crumbs and the derriere imprint but I was so tired I just dealt with it.

There was a good selection for breakfast , the front desk staff was very friendly.

The overnight staff who checked us in was very unprofessional and told us that we had already check into the room, even though we told him that the card that was listed was not ours.He did not give any other options until we continued to push and ask for another rooms

Rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable. Anytime I'm not afraid to sleep under the covers is a major plus and the pillows were like resting my head in a pillow of clouds.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the inside of the hotel. The outside can be deceiving as it looks a little old.

The size of the room, the cleanliness of the room a bright open spaces and the kindness of the people at the front desk.

The breakfast could have been better, more option for people don't eat pork and the turkey sausage could have been cooked better with maybe some potatoes or something added it was a little bland. The air in our room cause consistent coughing through the night so we were unable to use that air. Also someone continuously left bleach in the washing machine after they were done using it so maybe I'll check to see if the washing machine was okay randomly so no one clothes will get ruined.

Conveniently located right off of the highway. Rooms were properly stocked and mini-store in lobby was slightly overpriced but came in handy.

Breakfast was slim pickings but had staples available. TV did not have a guide, had to click through channels to see what was playing.
