- the place is nice, cozy, warm and calm. the room has everything in it and you don't have to - - take anything with you.

- it's a bit far from the nearest RER/Metro station (specially when it's raining or you are walking back to the room after midnight) - there is no elevator and carrying the luggages up and down is unpleasant

Incredibly good value for money, in a fairly convenient location

The check in system was fairly poor in the bright sunshine as you need to show a qr code on your phone.

The set up, super cute. And the staff were really sweet and friendly. Comparing to other places i have stayed in Paris and France in general, the people here were super kind and warm. I forgot to get the name of the lady who helped with the check in, she was really kind. And there was Bamba! Even though he doesn’t speak English, he tries his best to answer me in any information i need. Super sweet. I will remember this stay for life.

A nice and cute establishment. You feel the old French atmosphere in a small neighborhood. There is everything in the house. The kitchen and bathroom are sufficient. The bed is comfortable.

There is no air conditioning in the room and it gets very hot. There are seats next to the windows where other people can sit, so you can't open the window either, it's very hot at night and it's hard to sleep.

a) Manager at property very pleasant and easy to get in and out, once you have keycard. b) Location is excellent with bus (5 mins walk) and train (15 mins walk), supermarket (5 mins walk), big mall with shops (5 mins walk) nearby. Can reach Porte D'Orleans bus terminals in 10 mins from bus stop by bus. c) Room was very clean and wifi password provided at check-in. Wifi is excellent. d) Coffee machine for any time coffee and fridge provided.

A) QR code given at booking did not work and had to ring for receptionist - maybe could use an alternate method of entry since reception is not manned all the time. Once keycard obtained, all is smooth. b) Cleaning - could be done every 3 days if possible? c) Room slightly noisy so traffic early morn and door shutting can be disturbing. Ear plugs recommended.

Excellent location — close to a supermarket, shopping center, parks, and restaurants. It’s a modern and safe neighborhood with a beautiful courtyard. The room has plenty of dishes, everything you need, and even a coffee machine. If you’re going to Paris, this is the best option! Respect to the owners!

- well equipped little rooms - a bit off the city center, but in general good to reach by train / metro - supermarket near by, very good bakery around the corner

- rooms to the front are really loud at night due to the street noise / no noise protection windows - no air con / air ventilation (windows cannot be opened during the night due to the noise), so it gets really hot during summer

Location was great, a choice of Metro/RER Stations 10 - 15 minute walk that got us into Paris in less than 30 minutes. Good shower, the courtyard was great, staff were helpful if needed. Would definitely stay again.

It was 40 degrees and no air con but a fan was provided. Really good value for money though!

10/10 would recommend! Location is great and safe, kitchen well equipped, everything in order, and the residence is super cute and pretty. It was peaceful and quiet to sleep at night.

The fridge was heating up the room a lot, and the rooms facing the east in the morning get really hot in summer
