It was clean and quiet. The facilities were modern and nice looking. The environment was safe. The staff were nice, and there was a free breakfast.

The hotel advertises an indoor pool. When we arrived, we were told there was no indoor pool. We booked there specifically to go swimming. You can imagine the disappointment when my granddaughter and her friends couldn't go swimming. It was her birthday, so that's why we booked the stay. The manager did little to make us feel better about it; he only said it must be a misprint.

There was a huge swimming meet in Louisville for kids 8 -14? A huge rain storm came blew in and caused the event to be cancel, long story short, there were unattended kids everywhere running full speed throughout the hotel at all hrs of the night (between 10to 2am); I don’t mind kids having fun on their trip but that was a bit to much after a long trip on the road myself.

The suite was spacious and very comfortable! The beds were plush and cozy. The amenities are plentiful. My kids liked the suite store. We wish we could have stayed longer! Much of the staff was very friendly!

There was one staff member when we checked in. He did not make us feel welcome. However, the rest of the staff was very kind and absolutely wonderful.

Most of the staff was over the top nice and kept in touch through our whole stay, Cameron even went out of his way to help us find a place to swim close by because the pool was down.

We loved our whole stay, except for the pool situation which was caused by inclement weather. No fault of the hotel or staff.

A great value as the 2-bedroom suite was very large (and clean), reception held nightly with dinner foods, and a good quality hot breakfast served. We were happy that we were able to have our dog with us as well. The fitness room was also good size and had several options.

The pool was limited to 5 people at a time and was fairly small. Very clean, but just not ideally placed (outside).

The rooms had been fully updated and we're nice and clean. The breakfast was good the one day that I ate it. There was also dinner that was served the first day we arrived which was really good too. It was hot wings but still good hot wings.

I thought my suite was going to have a bathroom that wasn't in the main bedroom. I thought it was more in a common area. The room was still extremely nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially LaTonya and Karen.

The breakfast was basic , the cut fruit wasn't fresh, but looked like it was like a fruit cocktail. Not great, but not bad.

Nice room, spacious, free breakfast, good staff, clean, good value.

Didn't get more towels in 4 days except for when we finally tracked someone down to ask.

Loved having the two bedroom suite.

The lack of basic utensils in the kitchen. Missing forks. There was no dish soap and towel like thier usually is at a Homewood Suites.

Pool was closed when got there, but glad it was being cleaned and maintained. Broken waffle maker, had some good bread for toast.
