Hospitable staff, free parking, excellent breakfast, very clean. Good value for money

The problem with airconditioning, we couldn't turn it off and during the night it was pretty cold.

Anna, the receptionist during our check in was amazing and very helpful. We had only booked a night at the hotel and had wanted to do quite a lot during our stay - she helped us plan so that we got the most out of the short time we were there. she even called an olive farm for us and booked a visit/tour for the evening that we arrived! This ended up being the highlight of our entire visit! Great access to parking Fantastic location, able to walk to places of interest. Superb breakfast Clean rooms

Room and bathroom was small and the hotel itself is quite dated. Impossible to shut doors to the room with out banging them - due to a very odd latch. This lead to lots of banging doors during the night which did disturb sleep! Mattress was ok for one night - but not the best

We were met by a friendly receptionist who directed us to the free car park. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. The stairways were quirky with pictures hanging in the void, we admired these on numerous occasions due to the lifts not being the best. Our overall stay was very pleasant, we ate in the main restaurant for 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner. The food was very pleasant and worth the money.

The lifts were very slow, and in one, the carpet had lifted at the opening which could be a tripping hazard.

Everything was satisfactory. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided excellent comfort. Breakfast was also of high quality, although it would have been more convenient if guests could help themselves to coffee rather than having to order it. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the parking facilities were convenient as well.

Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, I would argue that it falls more in line with a 3-star rating. For instance, the absence of a coffee machine and minibar in the room, which are common amenities in 4-star hotels, was noticeable. Additionally, the lack of a pool or wellness facilities, which I've come to expect in other 4-star establishments, was also noteworthy. However, given the variability in categorizations, it's possible that this hotel meets the criteria for a 4-star rating in ways that aren't immediately apparent to me.

The room was very nice and confortable. Very calm even if the hotel was not too far from the center of the city. The breakfast was ok, but above the average. We appreciated the free parking near the hotel. People at the reception were very helpful and nice. Thx Jenny ;-)

the bathroom was a little bit 'old' Evacuation of the sink and the tub was not working well, but it is a detail.

I arrived at 03:30 am after a long driving, the room was very nice, clean, good air-conditioning, big room, comfortable bed. The only thing i had to check out i think at 10 am so not much time to rest and enjoy the room, also there was no possibility to continue with this room, due to full capacity at the hotel

I think the location is not so much attractive but I'm not sure off it

Seamless check in. Staff were so lovely! So close to the train station and only 10 minute walk to Montecatini Terme Funicular!

They seem short staffed. We had other guests partying very loud in the hallway for hours late at night and staff were unable to attend to the issue immediately as there was only one person at reception. As soon as it was possible, they swiftly took care of the issue.

The hotel staff was nice and friendly and the check in went smoothly, they even gave us a free upgrade to a bedroom with balcony. The room was big enough and it had a big balcony too. The room was quiet and we could enjoy a good night sleep. The breakfast had a good variety of products and it was tasty.

The toilet flush is hard to use and the bathroom would need an update. The pillows are not that great but that wasn't a very big problem for a one night stay.

Everything was good. good location, good rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking space for our vehicle, very friendly staff (both at the reception and at the restaurant). Also, the price was acceptable.

Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors from both sides, as well as the toilet above your room.

The breakfast is great, lots of choice. The location is very close to the center, even on foot. There is on-premise private parking, close to the entrance, which makes traveling with children much easier. They provided a baby cot free of charge as well.

There were many mosquitos in the room. The hotel and the area around it are a bit old, but the hotel is still well-maintained and comfortable. The elevators are a bit slow.
