I was traveling with my dog for a big event nearby and can recommend this place as super great for a casual trip with extra plans nearby. For me the main thing is the beautiful nature across the street - we walk there for hours. In a room, you will have a lot of storage and comfortable space to work, and a good internet connection. As we stayed for the week it was super nice that there is the mall in a couple of minutes with everything you may need. Plus those apartments are not so far away from Düsseldorf and Köln. Definitely have an idea to come back there again 🖤

Google Maps led me through the nearest buildings from the closest train station where the territory was close only to locals and I had to go around the whole living complex. So if anyone travels without a car and with a huge backpack - go from the mall side, not from the riverside and you will get there quicker ❤️

Our stay was fantastic! We had coffee and tea the first day provided by the hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated with high ceilings. The facilities were excellent, including a gym and laundry (though a separate app is needed to use it). The digital self-check-in via a website was super convenient, and the staff was always accessible by phone! A big bonus is that it’s dog-friendly and close to a shopping center with Aldi. I would definitely come back next year!

not receiving new supplies for coffee/tea

I stayed this place several times. Its a great price-quality ratio. The kitchen in the room and the mini fitness studio has a good variety of machines and weights to do my workouts. Will be back

The kitchen extractor doesn't work enough. The smoke doesn't really leave the room as it should. Hope they replace the filters for next time.

-location , theres a Trainstation nearby -cleanliness, spotless! -easy transaction , -staff thru chats are nice and responded quickly. -everything is there in the apartment, complete from kitchen utensil to bathroom essentials -access to netflix and youtube 🤙 -fast internet

-when showering, the water flows to the dry area which is a bit annoying. --nothing follows----

Clean, new and simple. Automatic system worked. Large garage. Big fridge, washing machine

Very simple furniture. Very uncomfortable small bed. Hard to get into the bed. Not very nice room. TV on the side of the bed. No printed information. No personal, everything controlled via app. But the app worked perfect. Situated in a very strange part of the city.

Clean, spacious, modern and convenient to travel to the Altstadt or the Messe

The apartments need some attention. The were lights that did not work. Some crockery and cutlery are missing. No dish towels. Pots did not have lids.

The self check in option was really comfortable as it allowed us to access the rooms independently. The rooms had high ceilings were spacious and modernly decorated. The staff was super helpful and super friendly. They did their best to make our stay pleasant.

The double beds, even though they have comfortable mattresses, were very small for two people.

As a seasoned global traveller, this hotel is on the top 3 of all the hotels we've stayed in. What a brilliant idea. the self-checkin, the location, the fact that you can open your suite door online, the staff are fantastic, transportation and mall are just a few yards away.

I really enjoyed being in the hotel! Big love for kitchen in rooms, that was a great add-on, as well as the coffee machine available in the room! Overall I was very happy with my stay here, if you have a car, that's like an amazing spot!
