The room and bed were very comforable, the wifi was excellent. We loved the breakfast that was included. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The pool was a blessing, very clean and refreshing. The cabinas are a very short walk into Cahuita and near the National Park, and bus station. We took the MEPE bus from San Jose and it stops in Cahuita. We will definately return!

Nothing, everything was good.

A very convenient base, just a few minutes' walk from the main street in Cahuita and national park entrance. The room was comfortable and the swimming pool just in front was a nice bonus. We were very fortunate to be able to use one of the parking spaces on the property, having previously requested this, and the breakfast was tasty and substantial.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, eggs, fruit, toast or pinto, bottomless coffee or tea. The common kitchen had everything including fridge space for groceries. The pool was small but so welcome on a hot afternoon. The location was easy walking to everything and there were monkeys in a tree behind the building one day.

Noisy neighbors early one morning, but only once. And noisy when it rains because of the metal roof, but otherwise perfect. Would recommend highly.

The staff are great - very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not always available. I found huge cockroaches in my room in the evening (which can happen obviously, since the hotel is surrounded by nature), but there was absolutely nobody to ask for assistance. Perhaps it would be good to have somebody on a night shift in case someone needs help with something.

Nice and free accommodation right by the ocean. The rooms were cosy and clean. Nice garden with lots of possibilities to relax. The breakfasts were tasty. The hotel is a short walk from Chauita National Park and Playa Negra Beach. I highly recommend the accommodation.

The WiFi did not work and is not what was promised in the Booking site. We could barely call to anyone without having problems, let alone watch or do something online.

The hotel is very close to the sea (beach is s bit farther away) und has the restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly (despite not speaking English). There is a shared kitchen. The parking is on the property with some shade for your car.

The bed was squeaky and too hard for our liking.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Excellent location and can walk to many restaurants and bars. Also very close to Playa Negra. The national park is only a few minutes down the road as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
