Nice pool area, good restaurant but slow service at start, beds reasonably comfortable.

Beside main road so inevitably noise from traffic going uphill but knew in advance this was the case. Shower took ages to have hot water and shower head needs improving/maintaining. A good cup of tea seems elusive.

Nice hotel, but very far from almost anything. That's not a problem if you have a car (though be careful - the incline near the hotel is quite steep), but if you intend to travel by bus it's a bit of a pain. The breakfast was interesting. There were a lot of very small pieces/dishes of tasty something I enjoyed, but they are small & very slowly refilled. Don't buy your breakfast there if you intend to eat & rush out in 15-20 mins after the opening: the guy serving breakfast will spend first 30 mins just bringing out food. Very tasty though. Friendly staff

Absolutely beautiful and spotless clean place to stay.It’s super mega quiet place so anyone who’s coming for loud music,party,drugs please stay away from these lovely place.You can sleep during the nights with open windows and don’t need to be worry if some drunk folks gonna wake you up at night. Personal thank you to Mario and his partner for the efforts to keep the hotel spotless clean and so so welcoming.Room were cleaned every single day. It’s easy to get to Los Cristianos by bus No416 and then get back £4 for return ticket. So no hassle from hotel and staff, travelers don’t bring any hassle from your part. Thank you

Our stay was fantastic - communication was great, the hotel itself is beautiful, rooms great size and comfortable, the food is fantastic and the staff were so welcoming, helpful, and just great. We could highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing food! There is also a relaxation spa with is a great addition. Location is 15 mins from the airport - we arrived via the port and the taxi was about 25/30 minutes but a beautiful drive up in mountains.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh, homemade food. Great coffee and delicious smoothies (that banana & chocolate is to die for!) Clean room and bathroom. The hotel's restaurant is exceptional with their local dishes. We had a wonderful evening meal there. Quiet area. Pity we had no time to try the pool it looked great.

Parking is difficult in the area, narrow road and downhill parking is more than challenging. Bedside table solution is a little wobbly in our room.

A beautifully original building renovated into a great new hotel. Rooms are nice with original touches, breakfast room still to be finished, but swimming pool is ready and very inviting. Staff is great and preices are very competative. lots of good restaurants in the village.

I wanted to have a hotel near the mountains, and this was an excellent choice. The price of the hotel room was reasonable, in contrast to other places, and I appreciated that I was given the most spacious room and the only one with a balcony. The owner's wife, an Italian lady, was extremely helpful. At my arrival, she spent more than an hour with me to give me advice about my trips to the National Park and across the island. I loved how close the hotel is to Villaflor and Teide. Finally, the hotel has an excellent, though pricey, gourmet restaurant - ecologically responsible and fine local food.

The hotel is situated at the bottom of San Miguel, and if you want to go to the city centre, about 400m away, it is a steep climb. No problem for me, but take this into account, if you have mobility problems. Also though I had the best room, it was next to the main street to the mountains. Relatively quiet between 11pm and 7am, but otherwise much traffic noise. Finally, the only thing in the hotel's powers: do fix a shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the bathrooms. It does not cost much, but the current sachets and small soap are insufficient.

Nice and helpful staff. Everything is clean and new. location is not far from main attraction points and beaches in the south ( if you have a car ) but much much much quieter and relaxing with no noise at night if you are looking for that. if you plan on going out at night, a bit of a remote location for that. swimming pool

We stayed overnight at the Ecolife Hotel in Tenerife. It has a good location, close to the center of San Miguel, and is just a 20-minute ride from both the airport and the port. We arrived late and left early, so we didn’t have a chance to use the swimming pool or try the breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable, and pet-friendly.

Some road noise. The decor has room for improvement, especially the lighting.

Newly renovated hotel with local architecture and a very nice vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The sofa was also very comfortable to sit on. Fresh coffee at reception desk. Beautiful view from the top terrace. Situated in a small town, up the hills, in a nice quiet area. 20 min from airport. Invoice provided. Electric heater provided. Newly opened so the restaurant wasn't yet finished during our stay, nor the spa. Maybe in the future. Nice pool (unheated) and pool area. A good choice if you want to taste local living but in a comfortable way.

No heating and the windows have wood frames so no insulation in the room. We had an electric heater but it was cold in February. Poor sound insulation (we could hear other guests). The twin beds moved easily on the floor tiles so was difficult to sleep like in a double bed No parking, but up the steep hill, in front of the police station there are plenty. You need a car to get around. In the living room is necessary a small table.
