We arrived in advance and we were allowed to drop off our luggage which was super convenient. The proximity to the airport is key- only a 7 minute drive door to door. It was the perfect solution for us to be able to stay as a family of 4 in the same room and get to the airport on time for our 5am flight. The room is clean, the neighborhood is safe, and honestly it's much better in person than in the photos!

The neighborhood itself is fine but there is nowhere to walk to. It's really necessary to have a car. Luckily parking close by is readily accessible.

I discovered Kiki solely because I needed to stay close to the airport for a very early morning flight, and I'm so glad I did. I was there very shortly, but the vibe it gave me was a bit like a great hybrid between a hostel (people hanging out, easy to have conversations) and a 'serious' hotel, with very nice, very clean rooms. The bathroom was spacious, the bed very comfortable. There are enough closets and other storage to keep things organized (including closets in the bathroom and one for shoes). Two bedside tables with reading lamps and plugs close to the bed, a mini fridge...everything you need. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in a pedestrian only street, so very peaceful. There is a covered (wind and rain) patio with little tables and chairs outside where they serve breakfast in the morning and you can eat, drink, and hang out. Very kind staff who offered to make me a breakfast package for my early departure without me even asking, and also offered to order me a taxi, helped me with my luggage, and showed me the room. I also appreciated the coffee/tea self serve area, particularly helpful during said very early morning flight.

Only negative is that walls appear to be a bit thin - as demonstrated until the early morning by a very 'athletic' couple - maybe bring ear plugs, and unfortunately some guests apparently not caring about smoking being forbidden within the house (you can smoke on the patio). Maybe better to stay hostel on the patio and hotel on the inside :) If I come back to the area I will most definitely try to make my stay here longer.

Bed and breakfast 5 minutes drive from the airport ideal for a one night stay as our flight arrived late in the evening. Host sent instructions for late check in which were straightforward. Breakfast consisted of croissant toast Jams hard boiled egg meat and cheese together with tea coffee and orange juice - simple basic accommodation but clean and good value

Parking in the area a little tricky later in the evening so be prepared to leave car 5 minutes or so away

Kiki B&B was perfect for our one night day en route to Tenerife Sur airport. We had a good night sleep and it was very quiet. We went out in the evening in search of a restaurant and found one within 10 or 15 minutes walk. Our host was very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and everything we wanted. We had a very nice bathroom with excellent shower.

We could have done with another blanket in the wardrobe in the bedroom we were a little cold. Seems funny to say when we’re in a hot Tenerife but we are elderly and needed a bit more cover on the bed.

friendly host, clean.. Breakfast was good. I loved the tea. The WIFI was good, I watched YouTube smoothly. I liked the hanging fan too. It looked cute and it was functional well. It's close to the airport. Overall, it is a good accommodation.

It would be better to have a chair and a small desk in the room for laptop working or relaxing after walking a long day. The shoe cabinet is unnecessary as travellers usually don't bring many pairs of shoes. There was noise in the early morning from the cars outside. The location is a bit far from attractions and beaches but close to the airport.

The landlord was very kind. He provided accurate guidance and everything went according to the agreement. He ordered a taxi for us and gave us instructions. The room was clean, although very small, so perfect for one night. We were able to move in after 20.00 and leave our luggage at the reception the next day. Good location. Transfer to the airport 15 min and about 10 EUR (by bus takes longer and you have to walk to the airport, so we decided not). Breakfast simple but ok (croisant, toast, coffee and orange juice).

This place is perfect if you need to stay somewhere for a layover. It has everything you need: fan, fridge, private bathroom, I even got a fresh croissant for breakfast. Everything was clean and in good condition.The host was really kind and accommodating, giving me a room on the ground floor as I was alone with loads of luggage. Will definitely be staying here on my next layover.

The location is good for the airport which is about 3 miles away, but I did not hear any planes at all, and is walkable (1hour), it's near the centre of San Isidro with lots of shops cafes and bars, but still set in a quiet residential area. The B&B is immaculately clean we were in room 104 which is a large room with a big bathroom, and very comfortable beds, the host was very friendly and replied to our questions very quickly, offered to drive us to the airport but we decided to walk and our room was ready earlier than expected, the breakfast is a cold buffet prepared by the host which again was excellent, for the price, I would highly recommend and would stay again for its convenience.

David was very generous with his time in helping us to figure out early morning transport possibilities. There is also a beautiful view of the sunset. It's a ten minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which was very convenient for us. The walk there is safe and well lit at night. San Isidro is a fun town to explore if you want a taste of somewhere less touristic.

The rooms could be better sound-isolated. Perplexingly, the most unusually loud family arrived at 2:30am and started making a lot of noise (jumping and shouting) in the other room. Obviously this isn't the host's fault but this B&B could be a place where people come and go noisily in the middle of the night.
