All in all this place was fine: clean, comfy, quiet. The thing is that it gave me a vibe of a haunted house, not in a bad way though. I've seen hotel staff 2 times: while checking in and the other day I saw someone at reception. Apart from that, I haven't seen anybody, but always noticed someones presence: heard cleaning ladies talking from the hallway, heard some guests discussing something in their room, heard people upstairs or downstairs, but have rarely seen anyone.

I was stressed by the amount of messages they've sent before I even arrived. The most stressful part was checking in online before arrival, just to find out it was unnecessary, as they anyway sent me all the information after I checked in in the hotel

I went there very late, flight was delayed,, PIN on the door and room was really convenient. Really good instructions from the hotel. Room was very clean comfortable, good air conditioning. Nice touches with water and chocolates. Good shower and really near the beach, supermarket and restaurants/cafes. Also duvet in the wardrobe if you wanted it. Really good value for money. Good lift. Also good facilities which I didn't use, only there for one night.

All good. No breakfast but got breakfast at a local.cafe.

The location of the hotel was perfect and also the staff were very friendly. And I was very impressed with the cleanliness of every meter of the hotel it was very clean indeed.

Well for the price of the hotel which worked out at =£84= €95 ,there was not a breakfast provided which in all hotels and hostels I have personally stayed in on my travels around the world , and other people I know have stayed in was very disappointing. .

Location was very central but away from the main square and noise, there is a church across the road with bells but we didn’t find that interrupted our sleep. Room was exactly as described and very clean, the shower had great pressure and there was a lovely large terrace.

The receptionist didn’t speak any english, not a major issue as obviously we were in Tenerife but just definitely good to have some basic spanish or google translate to hand. Staff were absolutely lovely though.

Position next to the bus station approx. 300m from the beach. Bars, restaurants and super markets in walking distance. Friendly welcome by the receptionist. We had a residence type room on the 4th floor with a nice view. We found everything clean and tidy. Great choice for one night due to its proximity to the TFS Airport (16€ by taxi cab).

Reception service is covered only during day hours.

The convenience of the hotel to the whole town but quiet. The friendly, cheery staff who always tried to be helpful.

A few tea bags or coffee sachets would have been handy. The receptionist provided me with a kettle. The key safe couldn't be opened-phone calls to the manager/owner didn't change this situation?

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The location is very close to the beautiful town of Médano, which we were so glad we took the opportunity to visit. When we checked out my son left his phone charger behind, and we were contacted in less than an hour after check out so that he could go back and get it.

Parking is difficult to find close to the hotel.

The bed was very comfy and the shower works well. It's fairly well located in the town and right next to the bus stop.

We were given room 301, which faces the noisy main road and is right next to the elevator, so we could hear noisy people on the street late at night as well as people crashing about outside our room in the hotel. Make sure to ask for a quiet room ;) Even though the room was large, there was nowhere to place or hang our things. I recommend that the hotel offer a small shelving unit and some hooks on the walls, at least.

We stayed there for 1 night, and it was alright. We had a late check-in, and we got instructions and a code. So it was pretty easy. Parking in front of the building was full, but we found parking very close to the beach.

There was a bit of smell from the bathroom, it didn't bother us, as for one night, it was perfectly fine.

It's a very decent hotel. Good location. The room is rather small, but enough for an overnight stay. A big bathroom. Very convenient access to the hotel - key code entrance, in case the reception is closed. Possible to find a car park not far from the hotel. There was even a sea view from our balcony.
