Unforgettable stay in a traditional hotel, decorated with respect to its history, every corner is a small piece of art. The patio was a small paradise, the room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant serves amazing food. But most of all the staff, Mr. Agustin, Mrs. Rosario and Mrs. Monica made us feel like home and treated us like their home visitors and not like random tourists.

Friendly and kind staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous, with an incredible choice of food. Breakfast was brilliant.

The bed linen smelled of the washing powder. I hate that. The room was a bit old fashioned and sad. The Tv didn’t have an English language channel. The shower was a bit too complicated.

We Loved the charm and traditional character of the old building. Beautiful Court yard and fantastic traditional home cooked food. Exactly as you see and read on the Web,. Augustino the owner and his wife are very welcoming, Jolly and helpful with any queries., as are the rest of staff. They have an interesting place like a small museum, loved it here, hope to stay here again. Tourist info office across riad and small agri museum short walk on our way to bus stop. A Great find! :)

Nothing to dislike

What charming host! He was lovely and charming. We only stayed 2 nights due to proximity of South Tenerife Airport, and wanted somewhere away from crowds. The house is wonderful - rather like a living museum. The room is basic but we hardly spent time there except to sleep. Wonderful nooks and crannies in house, and the taverna had good solid food. Great place for first stop - to unwind and explore tiny village/chill out.

Nothing really

Small hotel with lots of character. Exactly as per pictures. Lots of seating areas inside and out. Excellent food in restaurant. Lovely tourist office opposite. San Miguel is a Unesco heritage site, well worth a visit. 8km from the airport. We will be returning.

We only stayed for one night on our last night before flight back to the uk, should have booked more nights.

The food and friendliness and caring of the staff was exceptional. The actual hotel was beautiful.

While the traditional bedroom keys were quaint (and huge)....I think switching to a more modern key or card swipe system would be better. It was difficult to get the door to lock and the large key meant you had to leave it at the hotel. Other than this - absolutely no no compaints!

A quirky hotel in a tranquil area. Love the style of this hotel. Restaurant is excellent. Breakfast more than adequate Hint: order a paella in advance (seafood/mixed) you will certainly not be disappointed but it has to be ordered in advance due to preparation time. Totally delicious

Nothing. Perfect stay

Possibly the most quirky hotel I have ever stayed at....in a good way. Lots of little nooks and crannies to explore and very tastefully designed and laid out. Stunning courtyard, lovely roof terrasoce, the restaurant is excellent The owners are so entertaining and friendly with charming quirks temselves. Tranquil location away from the shambles of the south of Tenerife but not so far and ideal location for the airport (only 10 mins drive or so) Really want to return :)

Nothing could imporve this lovely place

Pretty charming small hotel. We stayed only one night and reason for selecting this hotel was that it was one of the nearest to the airport, because our flight arrived very late in the evening. Hotel staff (owner?) was flexible, since we arrived to the hotel after its official door-closing time. Breakfast was ok.

The room was quite small, but anyhow big enough for two.

A very nice hotel, nicely decorated like an old Spanish country house. This makes the accommodation stand out from the usual hotels. We found that very nice. In the restaurant you can eat very well and the service is incredibly friendly and good. In the courtyard you can stay and enjoy the time with a drink. The breakfast was also rich with fresh ingredients.

It's not so easy to find a parking space. But that wasn't a major problem for us.
