I stayed at this accommodation during a trip to Italy with my mother, and we were truly satisfied with our experience. Before check-in, the host kindly provided all the necessary information via messenger, and the front desk staff warmly welcomed us and gave us a detailed tour of the room and its amenities. Thanks to their guidance, we had no inconvenience during our stay. The location was also perfect. Just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach even with luggage. We could also walk to all the popular beaches nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was more than enough for two people, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Above all, every staff member we met was warm and kind, which made our stay even more pleasant. This is a place I would love to return to. Many accommodations in Polignano can be on the pricier side, but this one offers great value for the price. I can confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

If I had to mention one minor inconvenience, it would be that the elevator is not freely accessible at all times. While the staff kindly assist with using the elevator when carrying luggage, guests are generally expected to use the stairs. That said, the room is only one floor up, and the stairs are not steep or long, so it wasn’t a major issue. Also, the entrance with elevator access remains locked for security reasons, which actually made us feel safer. All entry and exit go through the front desk, so overall, the place felt very secure.

The staffs were excellent and they have bend forwards and backwards to suit our itinerary. They were flexible with our check in . Luce has been extremely helpful in allowing us to check in earlier and had her brother Manuel waiting for us to help with the check in and parking. he even helped us with the rental car navigation system which was not activated. The receptionist Valeria was so sweet and friendly and gave us all recommendations for restaurants. All in all, they were allowed us to leave our car in the car park for 3 hours even though we have checked out. In terms of facilities, we love the convienence of the parking facilities even though we have to pay. This is because we do not have the stress of looking for car parks and topping up the parking fees in public car park. we are very reassured that the car is safely parked right below the apartment. The apartment is spacious with a large bathroom and kitchen. The Wi-fi works well and the apartment is clean. Location is very safe, brilliant and only 5 min walk to old town . There are so many gelato shops and cafes on the way to the old town. I highly recommend this place !!!!

This is the second time in the past few years we have stayed here. The hosts are incredibly friendly & very pleasant to deal with :) Lucilla & her mother ( who is absolutely adorable) were so good to us & Catia their receptionist was also so lovely and welcoming. These apartments are in such close proximity to the old streets of Polignano it's absolutely perfect to stay if you want to explore. We have stayed in Polignano many many times but first time we have revisited an accomodation. The apartments are spotless clean & beds shower everything perfect. We will no doubt be bk in Polignano again and we will 💯 use this complex again . Special thanks to Manuel also for responding to initial queries regards our stay even though he was off duty !! Excellent location, close to the beautiful beach, close to the old town. Comfortable. Free wifi. Free parking 5 minutes walk away near train station. Balcony.

Kitchen was little misfunctional. Kitchen sink in the corner that was difficult to reach. And little outdated. However for us was fine as we stayed only two nights.

Fully equipped apartment with sufficient space for family with 2 kids. Everything functional and clean. Perfect location close to train station and city center. A lot of gelaterias in surroundings. Owner very kind and responsive, nothing was problem, all our special needs were fulfilled. We can recommend.

Big and spacious apartment, very close to train station and old city center (5 min walk). There is big parking nearby where you can park for free. Big supermarket also 5 min walk. Kitchen has basic things. Host are very responsive and met us with keys late in the evening. She explained all the details and showed us main attraction in the map. Big kudos to her :)

Kitchen is very basic, having kettle and microwave oven will be nice.

Nice spacious apartment, and lovely introduction to the room as well as a brief rundown of where to go with a map in Polignano o mare - really friendly and nice touch. The staff were lovely, allowing us to store our luggage and very responsive to messages.

The room was big enough and clean, There is a kitchen, washing machine and similar facilities that you may need in a vacation.It felt safe to stay there. Even the check in was starting at 16:00, they let us to check in 14:00 pm. The place runs by a family. They're easy to reach, talkative and ready to help or answer every questions you ask. The bed was so comfortable. It's 5 min walk to the train station as well as the historic centre and the beach. Definitely I would like to stay there again.

There is nothing to dislike

Everything was perfect. The location was so good that I was able to come out and see the sights safely even at night. They also kindly explained everything in detail, helped us check in early, and communicated right away with each other, so we stayed without any problems. There was also a kitchen, which was convenient. If I go again I would like to stay here.

I loved our accommodation. The apartment is extremely spacious. I love the location. You can walk to everything including the train station. It couldn’t have been any better!
