I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 6 years, and have liked it for its location and bathrooms.
My bathroom’s shower head attachment was broken and sitting on the edge of the bath with clearly no attempt to fix it. The diverter from the bath outlet to the shower head was jammed, so only a trickle of water came out of the shower head. The foyer of the hotel looks like a mini warehouse, and I got the feeling that it was last legs for the business. I hope I’m wrong.

The location of this place was perfect to access the train station, convenience stores, restaurants, and hot springs. The place was also accessible with elevator and easy steps.
The one downside was the look of the place. It is not top tier in looks - though everything was clean. It unfortunately was not the most easy thing to look at.
