I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Jakarta and honestly, it was such a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient — right in the heart of the city, so getting around was easy whether I was heading to meetings or exploring. The staff were really friendly and always willing to help, from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, even though it’s in a busy part of town. Breakfast was a nice surprise too — lots of variety and tasty options to start the day. Overall, it felt like great value for money and I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Jakarta.

The residence was located at a very good location, and was complimented on by many locals as well who said we picked the right location. It was near Grand and Plaza Indonesia, Thamrin city, Tanah Abang, and more prominent locations. The residence was also conveniently located at all the places we wanted to visit, including the Gambir train station (5-10 mins walk, although not recommended due to unfilled pathways) where we took the panaromic train to Bandung.

Nil. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. The duration was just nice but we did wish we'd stayed longer. During the stay it has been really enjoyable so there isn't anything to dislike.

The room we booked was very spacious for 2 people, the staffs were very attentive and the location was really convenient. The washer dryer really helped us as we had a long trip and needed to wash our clothes. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back again!

The wallpaper was dirty in some parts, the washing machine vibrated too hard and was sliding off but the maintenance person came and replaced it with a new washing machine immediately. The guests staying next door were really loud until past 10PM for 2 nights in a row.

Loved the staff, warmth and friendly, making our stay, feel homey. From late check-in, the receptionist are very polite and smile throughout the transaction. Restraunt staff were so friendly that it made our day during breakfast! Food served were fantastic 👍🏽 great local delicacies 👍🏽👍🏽 and more importantly, the salad and fruit bar were fresh and crisp 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Well done 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Smoking room where we stayed had smokers stench, which is rare as hotels will do a thorough cleaning and purifying of air after last customer. Ventilation in the room is not good. Bed linen and pillows had stains.

I like the space you get and amout of privacy. This is my 3rd time staying here and it was as expected. I really appreciate the staff that works here, super polite and friendly. The facilities are good too, gym has gotten a upgrade since last time it seems. Location is great if you have your own transportation or if you don't mind getting a gojek. This makes it more calm and quieter then other places. Still close to majority of all the city has to offer.

The only ting I would point out is they seem to have a problem with small ants, very small ones that seem to come up the kitchen sink. Seriously not a big big deal. Just let the water run for little and its all good.

It was roomy. It felt more comfortable, cleaner and like home than any other places we happened to stay in Indonesia. It was convenient, especially the laundry service and also having a restaurant that tasted good right downstairs. That makes a difference visiting an unfamiliar place. There were ATMs, coffee shops, historic buildings, fancy and not so fancy restaurants nearby. It was close enough to the airport and other places we needed to visit. It felt easy coming back from a long, difficult day, eating in the restaurant, washing up, and resting well. All the clothes folded and ready from the laundry service. Also, having two bathrooms means nobody is fighting. Staff were super professional and friendly. We stayed in total at 4 hotels on this trip for different reasons. This was the absolute best one. P.S. The worst I will say was the Bidikara. Just don't go there if you like being clean.

There were troubles with the TV in the master bedroom. It got possessed and turned off and on. Easy fix, we unplugged it. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. It was annoying but there isn't any place I think I'd rather have stayed.

All the staff members were very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many choices. Their lunch was good too. Loved that the room is spacious, has a good view and is very well equipped, including the kitchenette. It even came with a washing machine which was a plus.

Probably the only small complaint was that the room was a little old (the walls were a little chipped and had some stains). The kitchen cabinets looked a bit old and made squeaky sounds but they are still very clean and functional. In terms of the location, wish it's a little bit more walkable to more restaurants and cafes. But ordering a taxi/car was very easy in Jakarta, so I just took a taxi everywhere.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, with roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds. The master bathroom was roomy while the inclusion of a washing machine was much appreciated. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive. The reception staff was always accommodating and ready to assist, with typical Indonesian friendliness. Well worth the room rate.

There was an unwelcome smell of stagnant water in the 2nd bathroom and the study table lamp would not work. A bit of walking distance necessary to reach local and street food restaurants. Local street traffic guides were required to cross the busy roads in front of the Fraser Residence.
