It is a super nice hotel with super friendly stuff. We very happy with our stay. The room was cosy, we had a coffee machine in the room and could use the common fridge. The room was getting very hot very soon but the AC was our saviour. Location is good. Very close to the cathedral. Also worth mentioning is the safety. The gates of the hotel have been closed every night and there was a guard so that no external person could come in. Also once we left tips on the table in the room and the cleaning personnel didn't touch it, until the next day when we explicitly told them it was meant for them

Despite such friendliness from the staff, no one spoke English which was pretty some barrier for us. It wasn't really possible to talk without Google translate. But once they would understand us, they did their best to help

This hotel was amazing. It is incredibly beautiful and unique, it was the peaceful retreat we needed during our travels. The gardens and grounds for relaxing and swimming are huge and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves during our stay. The breakfast was amazing and eating breakfast al fresco in the courtyard was fantastic. The whole place is very well maintained and clean. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. Everything is amazing quality and beautifully done. This was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Nicaragua.

The gardens were beautiful.The breakfast was fantastic - cooked to order. The location was great - easy walking distance to many interesting things. The size of my room with two queen beds for just me alone was perfect. I do yoga every morning. Once I moved the chairs, there was plenty of room on the beautiful tile floor to stretch my yoga mat out. There is also a yoga studio called ‘Pure’ a block away.

The internet was a little unstable.

This was the perfect way to end our trip through Central America. It’s a really charming boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard that gives the feeling of staying in your private villa / little oasis in the middle of Granada, for a very reasonable price. The superior King room was superb, with a lovely pool right in front of the room. The AC worked well and it was quiet, so we slept well. And all the staff were wonderful.

I can’t say enough good things about this gorgeous, special, fabulous hotel. What a find! We stayed here for 2 nights and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff (Alejandra and Guadalupe, you are amazing hosts and we can’t thank you enough for taking care of us!) The location is ideal. You are walking distance to everything, but off of the main (loud) areas. The grounds are gorgeous and extremely well kept, the pool was just the right size and temperature. We met another family there and my son became fast friends with the children. It felt magical to be in such a warm inviting surrounding. I usually do not sleep well in new environments, and I can be very picky about the beds and pillows. I slept like a baby both nights and was so thankful the beds were so comfortable. The accommodations were perfect. On another note, my son had a bad stomach ache the day we left and the staff made sure we were ok, and allowed us to stay in the room much longer then we intended so my son could recover, they even sent someone to pick up some medicine for us, gratis. The breakfasts were wonderful, and it really felt like you were staying with friends. I will 100% always come back to Hotel Adela next time we travel to Granada. What an absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, you will not be disappointed. One of the best in Granada!

the shower was a bit hard to function in, very small.

This place was very charming, with clean and spacious rooms and a very beautiful pool area in a perfect location which also managed to be quiet and tranquille. But best of all was the staff! They were so friendly, attentive and very helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

Great location close to Parque Central and Calle La Calzada. Spacious and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable as were the leather chairs. Service was great from all the staff we interacted with. Secure parking available just around the corner. Pool was refreshing on a hot afternoon. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Bathroom was a little bit tiny, not a deal-breaker. Guests in room next door came home very late in the evening and were noisy. We didn't complain (one of us actually slept through it) but thought that the staff might ask them to be quiet. There was a dead cockroach in the room, but we live in Nicaragua and know those things happen.

Excellent service and location. The room was so comfortable and we loved the decorations. They have so much open space and sitting areas for the amount of rooms available (only 4), at moments it felt like the whole place was just for us. Great experience, fully recommend!

Everyone of the staff made me feel welcome from the moment so stepped in. I arrived late at night and the city seemed dark and empty so stepping into this wonderful garden was completely unexpected. This is a truly lovely place that is looked after with great care.

Only downside was that I could only stay one night.

This hotel is very beautiful, and one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I've stayed in. It's quiet and relaxing as there are only four rooms, and it's a bit away from the central park (it's still close and about a 3 min walk). The staff is friendly and welcoming (I also liked that they wore masks), and consistently ask if everything is okay. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There is a small separate room with a coffee maker and ample shelve space. The pool area is very nice and relaxing, and the kitchen is open with lots of plates, glasses and cups. Showers are nice and hot. The breakfast that is included is good and freshly made when you request it. You have the choice of an omelet and fruit or pancakes and fruit with coffee and juice. Initially booked for two nights but ended up staying an extra night.
