Not our first stay, so we knew what we were getting for our money; friendly staff, a clean room, good shower and a convenient location for an early dash to the airport. Decent size TV. For £40 you get a cheap, no frills room, 2 minutes from the railway station, shops and bus links. Expect no more and you will be happy with your choice. There is a 24 hour bus service to the airport (route A) just a 2 minute walk away. It's half the price (and closer) than the over priced, Parkway link. They also offer early/late check-in or out for a small charge.

Nothing really. The room is small, a bed, a chair and en suite. Some rooms do not have a window. On the day we checked in, the lift was out of order. Seeing that we both would find the stairs difficult, the guy at the reception (without complaining or asking) gave us a free upgrade to a lower floor.

I spent only one night in this hotel. The staff was friendly. They allowed me to check in an hour early. That was great. They brought me to my room. They explained everything to me. The staff was top-notch. ROOM FACILITIES The bed was big. It was comfortable to sleep in. The sheets were fragrant and the towels were also clean. There was a TV in the room, which was nice. BATHROOM Perfect size for one night. The main thing is that it was clean and mold free. I had a bit of a problem with setting the right water temperature, but got everything sorted out. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT Two words - really fast.

One annoying thing happened, I don't know how it could have happened, but the smoke detector started blaring in the room around 11-12 o'clock at night and didn't stop for several minutes. When it started, I was about to go to bed because I had to get up early the next day to catch my flight. Then I heard it as an employee (don't know the name, sorry) and checked the rooms. He didn't get to me. Never mind. Because I can't give 10 stars. Although very happy to. I will definitely stay there again in the future when I'm in Luton.

I had a wonderful stay at CiTi Hotel London Luton. The room was comfortable, and the hotel’s location is very convenient. The overall experience was great, and the staff's hospitality truly made it memorable.The hotel is within walking distance of Luton Station Interchange, making it easy to catch buses and trains to various locations, including a direct route to Luton Airport in just 10-15 minutes. There’s a variety of restaurants around the hotel, so you don’t need to travel far to find good dining options. The Luton Mall is also very close by, providing access to shopping, services, and entertainment just a short walk from the hotel.

The best welcome. Friendly, helpful, and smiley gentleman on reception. CiTi is placed very conveniently for trains, buses, shops, and eateries on the edge of town. It is all recarpeted and redecorated inside and very clean. My room was small, but everything was to hand, and again, very clean. Very good value for money. I felt safe as a solo traveller.

The building is old, and the sash window has been painted shut, so I couldn't open it. The hotel is budget so there are no teamaking facilities in the room, however, it is close to everything so you can go out and get a hot drink.

Open almost 24 hrs, decent amount of shampoo and shower gel, staff is always friendly and helpful, perfect location 🙂

The light in my bedroom was going on and off by itself, hot chocolate from the wending machine was not sweet at all. Make sure door is properly shut after exiting, it looked like its closed, but found out after double checking that it wasnt. Needs another sign near the lifts showing the way to the reception instead of room numbers only and no toilet brush in the bathroom.

It's perfect if you need to stay somewhere near the airport for an ealry flight. It's located within a 2 minute walk from the bus station and there are buses to the airport every 20-30 minutes (only 10-15 minutes ride). The rooms have everything you might need for a night stop. Not bad for the price though!

The bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade and also the rooms are soundproof at all which sometimes you feel the noise is coming from your room.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we would choose them again if we had a late flight and needed to spend the night somewhere until car rental offices open. It’s affordable, clean, located a few minutes walk away from the train station. The staff is great, they welcomed us with a big smile and a friendly attitude upon our arrival at 1 am.

Guests are arriving and leaving throughout the night so our ground floor room was quite noisy but it’s not the hotel’s fault.

- noisiness in the street, some people were yelling till late in the night, buy that doesn't have to do anything with the hotel - rhe bed is on the smaller side for 2 people

Stopped over night on way to Bedford from Bristol via London, priced £54. Overall clean with friendly helpful staff, overlooking street linking rail station and mall. Room matched description. No tea/coffee/kettle or hair dryer provided as stated but not a problem. Overall good for stop gap.

Shower area was very cramped and shower water flow feeble. Leaky sink tap on low flow luckily trickled to shower floor, must turn to higher flow. Located on edge of Luton so scruffy and rough setting, dodgy noisy people outside at night but no threat to hotel.

Very clean property and nice location middle of town centre everything near by this property. Especially train station and bus stop is near by this hotel if you walk its take only 2 minutes. And all the staffs are good in this hotel specially Mr Fahim he is very helpful person. I will recommend to everyone for staying this hotel i seen all the reviews before i stay and i was about to cancel my booking and when i stayed in this hotel i realised people giving them bad review without any reasons.this area is safe and hotel are safe as well. I enjoyed my stay.
