Excellent location for people who enjoy being close to the nature (a fantastic forest, with nice walking alleys and mushrooms just near the hotel). Quiet environment, from my window I was seeing trees and grass, and ahead, at the horizon, the city. From the hotel you can walk down about 12-15 minutes to the tram station that brings you to the city center, and there is also a bus that brings you to the tram station. When walking back, though, if you take the shortcuts you need to climb quite a lot of stairs - not suitable with luggage. Taking the normal street though is nice, and it's a good exercise :). I felt very secure in the area. My room was quite big, with all necessary facilities. Breakfast served as early as 6.30 in the morning, a good one, with plenty of choices.

I wish I knew from the beginning that it was so up the hill, so that I could be prepared in my mind :). Service at the reception is only from 7 to 16.30, but people are very nice and helpful and you can tell them things (order a taxi, for example) from one day to the next one, everything was very well organized.

Easy to find, up the hill in Linz-Magdalena. Arrived out-of-hours but check-in was a non-issue (there was an envelope waiting for us at the reception with key, forms and instructions) which was great. The room was fairly large (by Austrian standards) which we appreciated as we were travelling with a lot of luggage and there was enough room to literally "spread out" our stuff! The room was very clean, towels etc were being provided. Shower came with high water pressure - almost a bit too much of the latter ;-) Free parking was appreciated and plenty available despite our late arrival. Surroundings were very quiet during the night. Next day check-out: Very courteous and friendly staff and outside a very nice view of Linz (could not see that in the dark on the day of arrival).

I can only second what another customers said: With rising temperatures installing an A/C might indeed be a good idea! Also, when travelling abroad one is used to having tea and coffee making facilities in the room and although it is not as common in Austria that would be a nice-to-have after a long drive.

Shower gel that doesn’t clean you very well.Very early check in(9 am)it could be at 10:30-11:00 as in all the hotels i’ve been.If you want to go to the coty center you need to take you car, because you can’t walk as the hotel is on a hill and i saw a bus(101) but not sure how often it circulates.The girl at the reception diplomat but still giving the side eye( maybe because we are from Romania)-i am saying this because in front of us was a german/austriac man and she was very polite /laughing with him but when we came the attitude changed

A very reliable and well equipped accommodation, perfect for business travel. Also, it can not be overstated how well situated it is to reach almost any location in the city with ease. Another pro for me is that they are extremely flexible with check-in times.

They had a great deal on charging electric cars that they got rid of -- probably too good to be true!

No air conditioner so the room was very warm at night, the fan provided was too loud and couldn't be kept on during the night, noise from other guests in the adjacent rooms.

Nicely equipped hotel focused on conferences. As Bcom guests we got a spacious room with a separate toilet and bathroom. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable (bed, two armchairs, mini fridge, long-size mirror, above-standard sized shower). The room could be hot during summer months, however, you have a portable fan for your use. The receptionist as well as the staff at breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast itself was very generous, varied, and tasty. We liked the location because we traveled with a dog and the facility is just next to the forest entrance. (However, 18 euros / per night / per dog is quite a lot.) There is a nice way leading to the city center as well. Since you will be on the top of the hill, you can enjoy the city view (probably not directly from your room), but for sure from the hotel garden. The garden is really spacious, well-maintained with a fountain, garden chairs and benches.

The place is great. The view is wonderful. My room looked very clean and breakfast was fantastic.

unfortunately, the location is very far from the centre and with luggage it is difficult to walk all the way up to the hotel. From the centre it is easy and fast to get at the bottom of the hill but the bus which goes up from there does not run frequently or in the evenings.

When we came for breakfast after 8.00 there was almost nothing to eat - scrambled and boiled eggs, couple of buns, some sliced meat, cheese. Two croissants :) Not worth the money we paid. Probably if we had come earlier there would have been better choice.

Good buffet brakfast, good coffee, nice breakfast area. I liked everyting except the pillow. The waiter in the restaurant is fantastic: very kind, helpful, and hard working, as he is the only one for everyting in the weekend, at least.

There was only one small pillow in our double room which I offered to my wife, the other ones were very large, I could not sleep with those, so at the end I slept without pillow. The hotel is without reception for the weekend, so we could not ask for anything. There was a phone number, though, but we did not try it, it is not the same...

Everything! The location is unbelievable, you can see Linz and the beautiful Danube!!! 😍 Especially for us, arriving at midnight, after a very long and challenging trip, to see that view was so relaxing! Then when we woke up, the day view!!! Facilies? Nothing to complain, everything was more than we expected and definitely we will be back!
