What isn’t to love about this place? The area was relatively quiet but not too far from Maranello activities, the property is beautiful, the room with en suite and private balcony was even better than we hoped for and the hosts made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed into their home. Was a very thoughtful experience from the conversations (with some help from Google Translate) to the little details like embroidered robes, slippers, and toiletries. We only stayed there for 2 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer. Would definitely recommend and / or return ourselves.

This is a place you have to go! We've been at many hotels and houses, but this one is gorgeous: starting with the warmth welcome, comfortable bed, unobtrusive lux, marble in the bathroom, well designed garden and in the morning - the smell of the freshly baked croissants, the parmesan omlette prepared just for you, fresh juice and coffee. Last, but not least was the attitude of the hosts who are making you feel special and genuinly take care of your needs. Wish we could stay more!

The couple running the B&B are truly interested in people. They are attentive to guest's every need, without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious, light and airy. The location is in a quiet part of the outskirts of Marranello. Perfect for a homely stay when visiting the holy grail of Ferrari.

From arrival, trough the period of stay, including the welcoming drinks, cakes, breakfast, to departure, was faultless.

Probably the nicest host on my 3500 mile tour of Europe. Massively exceeded my expectations. The breakfast that was included was amazing, home cooked bread and fresh juice. The host was aware that the purpose of my visit was to see the Ferrari factory and even gave my a lift to the museum so I could keep the car parked for free at the accommodation to avoid the 1 Euro per our parking fee. As I left for my factory tour I was passed a cold bottle of water for the day. It’s those little things that make all the difference. Massively exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend 😁

Not really much to say here

Breakfast was excellent - fresh warm croissants every morning. The hosts are the nicest, sweetest couple you'll ever meet and very helpful. Location is excellent for Maranello and the Ferrari Museum. We had a car but you could walk to town or the Museum in 20-30 minutes. Excellent restaurant just around the corner. Very clean, excellent bed (queen?).

Wifi signal was a little weak in the bedroom.

The property was so charming and exceptionally clean. it is Lovely decorated and stocked with everything you need. The owners are the kindest people you will ever meet. They made sure we were comfortable and gave awesome restaurant recommendations. Can not wait to go back.

The hosts were amazing! Very kind with us and the breakfast was delicious, my girlfriend and I really loved our stay.
