We had an incredible family ski trip staying at Maples Niseko. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped—perfect for a family. The location is unbeatable, with true ski-in/ski-out access and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and rentals. The absolute highlight was the staff—every single one of them was amazing. They consistently went above and beyond to help us with everything from lift passes to local tips. This includes the flawless online guest service staff that helped link all the ski packages and transport services together. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel really special. That said, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The housekeeping is quite limited—light service every 2 days, and even the major service every 4 days wasn’t quite up to the proper cleaning standard you’d normally get at a hotel. Also, the beds were quite firm and not very comfortable. Despite these minor issues, we still had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Just a few tweaks and it would be truly perfect.

We stayed with a large group requiring two two-bedroom apartments, four people in each apartment. The room facilities exceeded our expectations, and we didn't realise each room had an on-suit, meaning there were no shared bathrooms— amazing! The shared space was big enough and comfortable for four people. We came for the snow, and the ski-in ski-out from the locker room was amazing - come out onto a green/learners runs with easy access to lift and gondolas to venture out. great location central to town.

Great location for ski-in-and-out. Lockers were spacious and warm without any mouldy smell. Rooms were extremely spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. Love the heating, it was consistent and constant. Pleasantly surprised that there's a mini dishwasher. Sound proofing was fantastic. Love the color scheme of the whole place. Staffs were friendly, knowledgeable and ultra helpful (especially Oscar who helped us so much), communication were not a problem at all as they were all well versed in English. Lifts were spacious and bright enough. Whole building was modern. Love how well the processes flow from ski equipment renting to transportation.
The folding door at the washing machine area kind of obstruct the main entry the the house, pretty inconvenient when we had to get the kids ready and everyone's crowding at the doorway. Dining area aircon looks like it's gonna transform into optimus prime anytime, weird model of aircon. Wash basin in toilets did not have warm water so water from tap so water was icy cold. Didn't allow late checkout or extension by just another hour for my baby to nap, can only blame it on it being so popular that the turnaround has to be fast for next occupier (what to do!).

Convenience! Ski-in, ski-out resort with seamless one-stop service (rental and return of ski equipment, airport transfers) all arranged via hotel concierge.
Housekeeping crew left the main door of our apartment wide opened after cleaning! And, this was discovered by us after we returned from an entire day out on the slopes. Thankfully, nothing was missing but things could have gone very wrong for us. We have lodged a complaint with the front desk but have not heard back from the management as yet.

Modern, luxurious design of the property and apartment. Facilities were more than adequate and staff was always on call to serve you even before arrival. Most importantly, it is a ski in ski out - the slope is just outside from the basement, and i can return my rental equipment right from the lobby to Rhythm. I love that service.
Some minor inconveniences experienced at the hotel, but overall it can be looked past. If I had to nitpick, it was the smoke from the pizza restaurant connected to the lobby at night. One of the room was also near the entrance/exit with the sign visible from the room's frosted glass panel wall. Some people have trouble sleeping in non-pitch black rooms. A proper blackout blind would have solved this issue.

Taking my kid to Niseko for our first-ever ski trip was already a dream come true, and snagging a family room for the three of us last minute was nothing short of a miracle. The whole stay was top-notch, way beyond what I expected. The front desk was super quick and efficient, getting us checked in and up to our room in less than 20 minutes. We'd shipped our ski gear to the hotel from Haneda Airport a week in advance, and the fact that they could store it for us made the start of our trip so much easier. Big shoutout to the two cool guys working over the holidays who helped lug our bags up to the room. Our room wasn't a suite, but it was still spacious, clean, and cozy, complete with a mini kitchen and a washer-dryer. No bathtub, but the mini sauna shower room more than made up for it with a super relaxing shower experience. The studio layout with a 3-meter wide bay window offered an incredible view of the snowy slopes and streets outside – watching the snowfall from inside was just magical! There was also this super thoughtful 2-meter wide ventilated wardrobe by the entrance, perfect for drying out all our snow-soaked gear without making the room smell like a damp locker room, thanks to the heating. And I've got to give a huge shoutout to the front desk manager. On the day we checked out, February 6th, I had no clue you needed to book the bus back to New Chitose Airport in advance. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, called the bus center, and secured seats for us. Super grateful for their efficient and thoughtful help! Plus, they offer this handy service where you can ship your extra luggage to another location. We sent four big suitcases to Haneda Airport, so we could just head out with our backpacks, feeling a bit wiped post-skiing. This luggage shipping service was a game-changer!

Love the apartment and spaciousness! Wonderful staff who helped us a lot since it’s our first time in Niseko. Concierge personnel were exceptional in providing suggestions for dining and ensuring we were safe in getting there and back to hotel. Absolutely wonderful experience we all had. Will definitely return to Niseko again!
There were occasions where I did see ice at the doorway. Nearly slipped too. Just ensure that the walkways are safer for guests.

I stayed at Maples Niseko and it was the best decision ever! After carefully considering various options, I'm so glad we chose this place. The two-bedroom accommodation we selected was incredibly clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view. We enjoyed every single day of our stay. The kids absolutely loved it too, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, offering a ride for grocery shopping and guiding us around the area. We also had the pleasure of dining at the fantastic Italian restaurant on-site. Booking in advance allowed us to secure a great price. We had such a fantastic experience that we've already planned to return in December 2024!
It would be great to have an in-house restaurant as it provides much convenience to families with kids.

The room is neat, tidy and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Katherine from concierge suggested for us to visit an izakaya place called ebitsu tei. She even helped to arrange for a driver to and fro the dinner place. I also did a pilates session at focus with Daniel. He is a very good instructor. After a ski session, it was nice to do some stretching with pilates. It’s the first hotel i have encountered with a pilates studio. Such a unique experience! Appreciate all of these! Thank you so much for making our stay there very pleasant and memorable! Definitely will come back and also recommended!
Facility is quite lacking. No gym or onsen.
