It's been several times that we have been booking rooms over there. Rooms are great, beds are awesome, breakfast is good enough (maybe more sweet food would be a 100%) parking is very convenient. Fully recommend

Good location to 7 eleven about a 2 minute walk. The breakfast was very good, the staff was excellent.

The shopping mall was about a 10 minute ride by grab, the mall was excellent worth the ride about 70 baht.

Had an awesome holiday with the boys, and this hotel was a great pick overall. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and common areas were perfect for chilling during the day.. Location-wise, it was spot on—close to the action but still quiet enough to crash in peace after a big night. Only downside: we requested connecting rooms and unfortunately didn’t get them. Not a dealbreaker, but it would’ve made things more convenient for our group. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and we’d definitely come back. Great spot for a getaway!

The quietness and the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient with a good variety of food. The helpful and friendly counter staff helped to book a Grab car for us whenever we needed one. Even the doorman and the security guard on duty on the days we were there were polite and cheerful.

The short flight of steps going up into Block 2: the top-most step is only a very short distance from the outward-opening glass doors. For older folks like me with a slower depth-perception of the eyes, I could have taken a tumble had I not been mindful to slow down when I exit to the side or enter from the side to go to and from Block 1.

on June 14, we stayed in a room facing the pool, a beautiful and unique room. on June 17 we were given a room in a different building. Ordinary room and nothing special compared to the first room. I asked to change to the same room and they said I have to add money. Why do I have to add money? I'm not sure? because when booking the price is more or less the same. In my opinion, if the room has no guests, it is better to give it to a guest who likes it than to leave it empty.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good, right behind the hotel is 7/11. Very clean and spacious room. Just the color for some part of the cabinet have started faded out and also got crazy, curtain have some mold. Hopefully they can touch up and maintain it well because I would like to come back to this hotel in my next visiting to Hatyai.

Pillow are too soft. Veltilation fan in the bathroom is not function. Description said have safety box but none in my room. No safety guard lock latch in the room, anybody can access to the lift to every floor. We stay the building next to the lobby, where there was no hotel staff or security at the entrance..Thus, night time we were quite worries someone can easily open our door and come into our room.

I like the location. Very strategic. Besides the hotel was a very famous Bingsu cafe. Also near to 7E, and close to famous places (recommended one) too. The place is very easy to find, the staff there friendly and hotel is clean and nice.

My second time here. The first time, i got served Welcome drinks, but this time, i dont get it. It would be nice to get a drinks upon arrival. But not a big deal.

Breakfast caters mostly for Asians - perhaps some inclusion of cereals would be good - even if they are individually packed to maintain freshness. From the location perspective, the town centre requires some mode of transport, you couldn't walk to areas of interest. It is too far to walk to the town centre or markets.

overall, it was a delightful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room maintained a high level of cleanliness. I particularly enjoyed the well-appointed toilet with a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The swimming pool was a nice addition, providing a refreshing break. Moreover, friendly staffs who made my stay even more enjoyable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. However, while the breakfast was satisfactory, it was relatively standard. Additionally, the location, while decent, required the use of tuk-tuks and Grab for convenient transportation.

MODERN and VERY NICE hotel DESIGN, spotless CLEAN and a EXCELLENT/SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. Especially girls at the reception were extremely helpful in organizing our extra requirements for other travel arrangements even not related to the stay in the hotel. Thinking always 1 step ahead of us, pointing out risks we should consider, contacting local vendors. Furthermore, the girl we have dealt with was speaking a PERFECT ENGLISH - very unusual in THAILAND - big compliment. And the last thing - we really enjoyed the POOL.
