Breakfast was adequate, very average, nothing to rave about. Area was well kept, stocked and maintained. My wife commented that the orange juice was awesome.

The toilet seat in our room was loose, not a big deal but should have been noted by housekeeping. Selection in the breakfast area seemed limited. Hard boiled eggs were impossible to peel, trashed 3 before we gave up. I believe that more attention to detail all the way around would improve the value.

The first morning at the breakfast bar it was real busy. No where to sit. But the staff attending was very rude she made some unappropriate remarks I didn’t like. So we took our food back to our room and ate there The next day was much better not as many people and different staff The food was petty good for a buffet.

This hotel is excellent. Nice building, good location. Absolutely superb staff, especially the young lady who's family hail from Yorkshire, England. Sedona is a truly beautiful place and well worth a visit, would highly recommend.

The baffling room number system meant we spent a lot of time trying to find the rooms!

At check in the front desk agent said first thing to me we are overbooked for your 2 bed queen room and I can offer you a king room upgrade at no extra charge. This caused confusion because it sounded like my room had been given away. So to avoid confusion for your guests in the future I suggest this kind of conversation start with your room with the 2 queens is ready but if you would like an upgrade at no charge to a king room I can offer that to you. Your choice. The mattress is a bit hard so pillowtop mattresses would help this property.

Loved the location and the staff was very nice. Pool was super clean. Very cozy breakfast area - always able to find a seat.

Around the pool, there could be better landscaping. Had a lot of potential to be really pretty out there. We had a very noisy neighbor the last night but a call to front desk solved that.

Bob at the front desk was very helpfull. He let us know where the close by resturants were. Loved Golden Goose. Clean facilities. Free breakfast. Very Good. Had bottled water drinks and snacks.

Or shade in our room was broken and we could not put down. Bob came up and fixed it immediately. Bath tub was scrapped very bad. Looked bad but was clean. There was a bloody spot in the hallway.

Convenient to town.

They wouldn't accept the booking price. Since I said I could pay onsite, they made me pay their full price. They wouldn't let me go back to the booking.com link and pay online. It cost me $40+ more than your quoted price. "3rd party issue"

The location was excellent, lots of great restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The breakfast which was included was good and kept stocked. Spend 6 nights here and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful staff they had. Difficult to pick out just one staff member, when each and everyone one was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We hiked around Sedona for the duration of our stay, and most of the trail heads were close by.

We arrived a bit early and check in was at 3pm. So we had to wait because there was no room available however, they did escalate the cleaning of a room, and pointed us to a place where we could have lunch close by (the food was great) and when we returned they had already checked us in and directed us to our room. We were so happy, since we had been traveling for over 24 hours.

Charge of $50.00 that I was unaware of! Refunding $33.00? Because credit of parking yet on my invoice I was again charged $13.00 for parking!! Not happy the way this is being done.

The location was perfect not too busy. We walked a lot of places. We walked to the grocery store we walk to Goodwill we walked to restaurant we walk down to see the sunset.
