We got there at about 10:15pm for check in and it was breeze. Fast easy, friendly staff. We got the king suite and it was really spacious. The bathroom was nice, the bed is big, soft and comfy. I had read somewhere that the pillows were small but they seemed to be your standard pillow, they weren’t too fluffy nor flat. Just perfect. The TV was a good size. The headboard has a light!! We didn’t know that till the last day and it makes the room soooo much brighter!! The couch wasn’t stained, it was very clean, the towels, everything was clean. It was quiet. I’m not sure if they weren’t really booked the days we stayed but we didn’t hear other people talk through the walls like some other reviews said. They had a decent selection for breakfast. You were able to choose between scrambled eggs, egg patties, sausages, waffles, cereal, yogurts, bagels, toast, muffins, bananas, and oatmeal. For juices they offered, orange, apple, cranberry and another flavor that I kinda forgot. They also offered coffee. I believe breakfast ends at about 9:30am but it begins at 7am or a little earlier. Lots of food places nearby too. The bathroom had enough towels for the both of us, they have their own shampoo and soap but we didn’t use them since we took our own so can’t comment on that. They also give you two rolls of toilet papers but I also can’t comment on that since we brought our own baby wipes (make sure you throw them away in the trash and not the toilet!!!). The fridge worked and kept our waters cold. The ac was a little hard to get working. They have a thermostat on the wall and we tried to turn on the ac through that but it wouldn’t work. Turns out you have to go to the ac unit next to the bed and flip the lid up and then turn it on from there. Once we figured it out the room was nice and cool. Window was a little hard to open so we just kept it closed. There are multiple outlets throughout the room. One is by the couch, the other is by the desk.

What I didn’t really like was we had asked what time the latest checkout time was and the front desk person told us 12/12:30pm and he put us down for that but when the checkout date came someone else knocked and told us we couldn’t do late checkout and we had to rush to leave. So I’d say if you ask just have your stuff ready to leave a little before 11am since they’re very punctual. Other than that everything was fine.

Well, my sister forgot some shoes and I called and they told me to call the next day. I called and they didn't give me any information about anything. I called the other day early in the morning and the same thing happened: they didn't have anything. I went to the hotel and they didn't have anything. I think the cleaning lady didn't give the shoes because they didn't give you anything at reception. That's wrong. The rest is all good.

Great location. Central to shopping outlets and restaurants. Very clean facility with comfy beds. Free Continental breakfast with waffles. Has one coin-operated washer and dryer (detergent sold at front desk). Spacious rooms with a mini fridge and extra pillows.

Continental breakfast was limited. Fitness center has one jammed machine making it unusable.

For the value, our room was more than expected. The staff were kind and easy to talk to. Room was clean and roomy.

I agree with others that the square pillows were awkward, and we had to ask for the breakfast food to be replenished. However, it was quickly once asked.

Everything! Very clean and convenient for three people since the couch is a hideabed and everything was big enough for a disabled person. It's close to restaurants, hwy 80, and other shops, yet quiet and private.

The only thing that was minor was that there was a big strip of plastic from the room into the bathroom in the doorway and my mother had problems getting over that with her wheelchair.

Overall, completely satisfied with experience from friendly front desk staff to the room and its cleanliness and comfortability. I would recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you!

The "included breakfast" missed the mark a little...the eggs were overcooked and would have been nice to have a meat choice. The do-it-yourself waffle machine was great and the blueberry waffles were delicious! Also, wished the breakfast hours were a little longer. Thank you!

The front desk staff was great! Super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was open until 10, and breakfast was good.

The pool room was very humid (as was expected) but the doors to the outside didn’t have a stopper (to get fresh air in) to keep them open and the sliding glass door wouldn’t open at all.

Matthew the front desk attendant was very professional. He was friendly and greeted guest with a smile. When there was a problem with the room he offered quick solutions.

Excellent value for money, rooms were extremely comfortable as were beds and pillows. An ok breakfast, good location close to the outlet mall and restaurants. Definitely will repeat.

Needs some minor maintenance just to keep up the standard, nothing that detracted from the stay
