cleanliness, perfect breakfast, style and design of the rooms, wood and stone, it gave us very cozy and natural vibe. wellness zone, two finish saunas, one steam and one infra, they were spacious, plenty of space for everyone plus those mountain views, whole stay was much better than expected.

one point for all electrocar owners: yes there is a loading station in the garage. However, max. time is 4 hours and loading is so slow (we got like max 10 kw per hour) that is insufficient, if you need to fully charge your car. For a "little pump" is fine. It is just good to be aware of that.

Everything about the stay was great. Top notch service, the staff was awesome and very friendly. The room was better than I imagined, and we had a great view to the mountains. The sauna area was clean and had many different saunas to choose from. The food was amazing, I didn’t think we would get the quality we received for having half board, but it definitely surprised us. Overall great stay and would definitely come back again.

The sauna area only opens after 16:00, it would be great if they were available to use all day when hanging out in the hotel having a lazy day.

Resort like hotel in Fieberbrunn, not so far away from the lifts. We had a private sauna for the rooms on the same floor. Ski depot at the lift is also useful. The wellness area was amazing. I can recommend the Halbpension, great food for breakfast and dinner. Mixture of local dishes and diverse cuisines. Our waitress was so nice which made the whole experience so delightful!

Our room wasn’t really clean at checkin. Especially the shower. The staff fixed this however as soon as we complained. Our room was in a house that was only accessible from outside, this was a small discomfort especially when going to the wellness area. Parking space is limited and costs 8€ (outside) and 16€ (garage), there are also free spaces just down the hill.

The property is very nice and modern with all needed facilities for a stay! The outdoor heated pool was definitely a big plus! Breakfast was very rich and with a lot of choice.

The room was a bit noisy since was on the upper ground floor with view on the parking and very small and the mattress was not so comfortable. A bit pricey for what we got in my opinion.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We were thoroughly pleased with the meals offered, which provided a great variety and included healthy options. The SPA and resting area were particularly enjoyable, offering a serene environment for relaxation. It's also a wonderful place to visit with kids, as there are plenty of amenities to keep them entertained. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Perfect stay! Very recommended. The staff was great, breakfast buffet and dinner was varied and very tasty, the rooms are big and cosy and the design in general is very warm and welcoming. Wellness area is also great. We loved being in this hotel and I wich we could stay more.

the parking fee of 8 euros per night seems inappropriate to me in such a hotel. the hotel is not the cheapest and parking should be a matter of course for hotel guests. Furthermore, half board did not even include water for dinner, which again should have been included (at least water).

Food was amazing..Breakfast had a variety of things to choose from salty to sweat.The Wellness area was great loved the warm outdoor pool with the beautiful view of the Austrian Mountans.We will certanly revisit :) enjoyed it a lot

The food was great, good quality and different variations to choose from. All staff we met was pleasant and helpful. We felt very relaxed, enjoyed the pool and sauna after day of skiing. Lovely views from the room.

We came here very spontaneously and were absolutely blown away by this beautiful hotel! Even though it’s a very big resort, we felt very private and well taken care of. the service team at Vaya does an outstanding job, I’ve never seen such a well organized place. Our room was literally perfect and all the materials feel very modern and high quality. Especially the breakfast buffet is simply amazing and offers literally everything.

The Spa facilities are beautiful, but quite crowded on weekends and the afternoons. We figured out that coming around lunch time or dinner time is best. Besides this tiny inconvenience, this place is a gem!
