The staff and the view were exceptional!!

It was just far from the more touristy locations, so you definitely had to get a taxi or rent a vehicle to get there.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was pure luxury, we had our own private pool and a lovely, well decorated, comfortable clean room. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle - It was very quiet and relaxed - I would recommend renting a car as taxis on the island are very expensive. The staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. We made use of the continental breakfast which had lots to offer. We only had lunch at the hotel once but the food was nice - we ventured to the local villages to try different places. We cannot fault this place and would recommend it to anyone, it was amazing! We will definitely be returning.

Nothing at all!

Big, spacious room with ample seating and breathtaking views of the Caldera. All round stunning property. The receptionist Angelo was extremely friendly, good to talk to and always ready to help. All other staff was equally helpful and approachable (Nancy and others). A big thank you to all of them. The bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. WiFi worked great everywhere. There was a big smart TV in the room. Breakfast was also very good.

The staff is great, very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is all the way at the end of the Akrotiri region near the lighthouse so its location is very quiet and far from the action. This is good if you want to get away from the buzzing tourists in Santorini. I also liked the views this hotel has and the breakfast, is satisfying.

The hotel rooms were not equipped with a kettle or coffee machine and you have to wait until 8am to get your coffee in the morning. This is not good for us early risers… Also you can’t have a hot beverage in your room after 10pm… the pool is freezing cold which is good when it’s hot outside without any wind but the area in general is very windy and it’s hard to enjoy the pool. The jacuzzi in our room was not enticing for me to even step in it. I felt it could have been cleaner… they also didn’t come to clean our room every day.

the staff were amazing. couldn’t fault the property at all, rooms were stunning and we got upgraded for pennies. genuinely miss the hotel and we will return.

location wasn’t great, you definitely need a car! but consdering the location is outweighed by the views! you wouldn’t get those in Thira etc.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities exceeded my expectations — especially the private pool with a view and-breakfast buffet .The housekeeping team kept everything in perfect order throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

Apartment was amazing, private pool bigger then expected. Everything works just fine like a/c, fridge, tv and all other stuff. Beds comfy, very good cleaning service. Outside pool is really large, you can have fun with kids or do some swimming on your own. Personnel friendly and willing to help, you can arrange via them car rental or boat trips. Good idea with complimentary transfer from and to the airport, if it's your first time there it's really helpful.

Location - prefect for sunrise and sunset, but definitely you need to rent a car there to get max out of Santorini. Nearest shop is like 15 minutes walk, three restaurants in walking distance.

A fantastic hotel with amazing friendly and caring staff. The views are great, it's peaceful and quiet and nothing is too much trouble for the whole team. The private pool was lovely and was cleaned every day, the main pool is beautiful with great views over the Caldera. Tania who cleaned my room every day was lovely and did a brilliant job, there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere! Angelo was so helpful with hiring a car and sorting out things for me. Fanis in the restaurant always did his best to help with anyone I needed Angelique always had a lovely welcome when I got back each day for exploring Thank you to all the staff who made my visit just what I needed to de-stress. I will definately be returning and I have told all my friends about you.

The breakfast needs to better.

Most of the place and the rooms are renovated and the outdoor areas are very beautiful. The view from every part of the hotel is stunning and the private infinity pool is amazing! The room and the bathroom are very big and comfortable, both the terrace with the pool and the inside are very clean. The staff is super friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations and bookings. The hotel is outside the town, chaos and crowds of tourists and has a free private parking, so is a relaxed base to explore the island by car.

We had a big discount, without it both the room and the services wouldn't be good enough for the price. The breakfast has limited options and is always the same every day, quality of the products (e.g. cereals, jams, juices...) is not what you expect from an hotel like this. Despite being renovated, the room has some issues: the shower door is useless and water goes out (the bathroom door is already being damaged by it), one side of the wardrobe has humidity inside and drawers are not working, the air-conditioning is not working good. The private pool is cold (use it in the morning with the sun). The location is quite isolated, we recommend to rent a car.

Very good service at the hotel, reception, bar, cleaning ladies always smiling. The room was very comfortable and large, the swimming pool was sufficient and clean. Very good coffee from the cappucino bar. Thank you for it. our flight was late in the evening, we could stay in the hotel and we received a plate of fruit. The transfer was free from the airport and to the airport, organized by the hotel, thank you. Beautiful views ;-) I recommend it to everyone

Breakfasts could be more varied. But everything was tasty and you could eat enough. Breakfast coffee from the machine not good.
