Very friendly staff, nice location

The staff were amazing, very comfortable environment and I felt safe. They made a real effort to be welcoming and speak English to me

I booked a female only form and paid for that and a man was put in our dorm for one of the nights I was there. I was very surprised when I came back to find him in our dorm. I didn’t appreciate that, especially when I have most likely paid more for a female only form as you do

The hostel has a great location, the sanitary facilities were always clean. Especially great was the friendly service at the reception, the staff helped with everything and offered a lot of programs and they participated as well (parties, sights…). Luciano invited all guests every day to fantastic activities.

The staff was really amazing, cheerful, educated and helpful. Reception guy Enrique and cleaning lady Nereida were fantastic. I arrived earlier that the check in time. I was tired of a long trip. They made possible to accomodate me even before I was supposed to.

Amazing staff, always friendly and helpful with everything I asked, even if it wasn't organized by the hostel. Also most of the hostel was very clean.

The mattress was plastic coated which let to the cover coming off while sleeping. Sometimes it smelled a bit in the dorm rooms.

very clean place, staff was super helpful and friendly. 5 minute walk to metro and some bus stations nearby. if you forget to bring anything, they sell a lot of higiene products and even some little trinkets!

the only negative I can think of is that the bunk beds are a little awkward to climb on, but that is more about their design than the place

The position of the hostel is good, close to cafes restaurants and a metro station, but may feel a bit isolated because its not on a pedestrian street. The staff was very sociable and helpful in giving us tips to explore the area, and quick to address our requests. The atmosphere in the hostel is definitely positive.

At the beginning we had some doubts on the room for some damaged furniture, but could easily work it out with the staff, who was very accommodating.

Good kitchen with everything you need, first hostel in Brasil like this.

The staff is awesome: all the guys: Luiz, Ana, Maria, Mariana , Leo, Richard, Fabiana, the vibe is amazing, is a rock fan Hostel, there are pictures on the walls. the location is so close to subway station.
