The location was perfect. It was walking distance from the old souk of batroun and the beach.

The facilities can be further improved. The bathroom needs some maintenance and ongoing checks ( for example, when the toilet is flushed, it would get stuck every time so you have to manually open the cover to stop the water.) The doors are not sound proof. The noise from neighboring rooms or people passing by the room or waiting for the elevator can be clearly heard. The staff were nice but not very experienced in providing helpful tips or recommendations for things to see or visit in batroun.

1.Center location near everything !! (Old souls, restaurants,food markets,pubs, gaming lounge,car rental,...) 2.Clean rooms with all facilities included (shower gel, shampoo,hair dryer,water, coffee...) 3.Freedom during the day ,easy In/Out from the apartment. Resume: You feel energetic in it , because you feel comfortable but not isolated.

This boutique hotel has a great location which is in the center of the city and is walking distance to all shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas. Upon arrival we had a warm reception from the very nice receptionist as well as the manager. The staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and our stay was delightful. I recommend this place very highly.

Really clean and the room has everything you need to stay a couple of days.

It’s natural - as it is in the city that it gets noisy there. On the other hand everything you can reach by walking distance - a big advantage when u solo travelling.

*Clean room and comfortable bed. *Staff were very friendly and approachable. *Location is just in the center of Batroun .everything is close to you by walking distance. And most important thing its a non smoking hotel. Hotel should be rated 4 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. Well done.

The hotel is in the old Batroun. A walking distance from everything you want to see. I was a little disappointed that they charged extra for breakfast, but with Hallab around tye corner, it became a non issue.

The staff is very helpful and very kind, friendly, the room very clean, the stay at the hotel is exceptional

Maybe they should reserve a parking spot for clients as the entrance is in the narrow streets of the old city.
