Friendly staff, garage for the motorcycle, perfect location, relatively low price.

Worn out furniture, not a single glass in the room, shower head over the WC- the entire bathroom is wet after taking a shower. Even as a non-smoker I was tired of the non-smoking (and no food/sand??) signs everywhere...

Caldin's is a great hotel if you are on a budget which we are. If you want 5 Star Luxury then shell out and pay for it. This is a 1 Star hotel and it does the 1 Star thing really well.

Excellent location, free parking in front of the hotel. Warm welcome up on arrival and check in. I needed a plug and my request was received with a smile and solution was immediately provided. Timing was on the spot.

Very well located in Chioggia with a parking place in front of the hotel. We liked the view to the "Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta" and to the canal in front of the hotel. We need no car to walk through the beautiful town Chioggia.

Perfect location, the room was clean and ok for the price

We got stuck trying to get out of Rimini after the first stage of the Tour de France and arrived later than expected. The host was very kind, even with our later than expected checkin. The bed was really comfortable and parking was amazing...right outside the door.

We couldn't get our room to cool down very easily. The air conditioning was running, but not a lot of air pushing through. That's it though. Will stay again.
