The fact that they have a great employee Named Nova if I’m not mistaken. I had a bad experience at the Brea location and was left to cancel my reservation and wait in the rain with my puppy in hand. All that changed as soon as I stepped foot at the Anaheim Hills location and talked to Nova. Amazing customer service and this business is very lucky to have you as an employee. Thank you again for making everything so easy for me to just get a room and get some much needed rest. Thank you so much Nova..

It was a convenient location for access to highways and a close drive to the convention center and Disneyland areas. The supervisor was very helpful in resolving a big issue for me as soon as possible.

The first night was terrible, but the issue was remedied the next day with the supervisor with a room change.

Everything , my room was spacious I stayed for 21 days with NO ISSUES , I cooked and was able to mind my business & enjoy my little get away from LA in peace , Susan the manager is GREAT , she made sure my stay was comfortable, she was a pleasant person to speak to and I enjoyed her conversation, the staff was extremely polite and helpful

The room was clean and the kitchen area was convenient and had adequate storage for supplies. It was only 5 minutes from work which was very convenient. It had adequate parking.

I was discouraged that the property said breakfast included but it was nature valley bars, muffins, and coffee station. There was a lot of cigarette butts in the parking lot. I know that reflects careless and inconsiderate smokers and think it okay but it is disgusting. They had ashtrays available, use them.

Just your run of the mill hotel. Not bad if you just need a place to sleep.

No complaints. Nothing special about it. Just needed a place to sleep whilst traveling thru California.

It was nice. I mean you get what you pay for. I did sleep comfortably it was clean a little ran down. Staff was helpful and friendly

There was no pool that was disappointing! There was a big bug crawling around on the wall in my room. It wasn’t a spider so that’s good. It did resemble a small cockroach.

The room was close to event we attended. The room was very nice and simple. My husband appreciated, the fact. There was a full-size refrigerator. We didn't have to fight for space with our leftovers. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was a nice size for the room. The ironing board in the room actually came in handy.

There was no trash can in the bathroom. Also, there was a lot of cigarettes butts on the ground. There were a lot of big spiders in most the bushes. The clerk did mention breakfast at check-in. But I went to the car about 8 or so. The stop serving at 9am she stated. I don't remember smelling any bacon for breakfast. The lady in the lobby (staff) did not even speak to my husband or me. They could at least offer a breakfast bundle. You know: 4 eggs. 4 slices of bread, 4 slices of bacon and condiments in a small bag. I could have made us breakfast in the room on the stove.

How friendly the staff is , Rene is a terrific manager , he’s respectful and always makes sure my needs are met . Delilah.Is great as well and so is Nova

Nova was wonderfully helpful

The manager complained quite a bit about her personal life and having to be salary and not hourly.

Time to relax. Location is 2 minutes from work.

Counter tops were not very clean in kitchen and shower head is not to my liking. Not enough pressure to rinse, hence use more water to shower.
