Baymont Inn was quite clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Cats were happy. I am glad that they make it so that the cats can't get under the bed. 5 Years ago when I traveled with my cats, they would get under the bed and take me a great deal of time to get out. Breakfast was good. The only improvement would be to have carts to haul everything I had into the room. Two cats, potty box, food, my stuff. My back was bad and I had great difficulty making several trips up to my room to keep the loads as light as possible. Staff was very friendly. Loved the place.

They allow pets (for a fee). Selection of fast food right around the hotel for a quick bite. Taco bell across the road open late. Two pizza places, one joined to the hotel. Gas station/C store next door. A nice sit down steak house near by.

It can get a little noisy with traffic, you'll hear the train for sure if you're on the north end of the property. Other than that. It was acceptable in cleanliness. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfy. Couch and chairs were clean.

Place was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We found out that not all Baymonts are run by Wynham corporate and that was a reason we were decided to switch our stay to Rapid City from the "Baymont" in Hot Springs. Always call and check to see if the property is actually run by Wyndham and not just using the name by license. Rapid City location is updated, clean, and really proves they are in the hospitality business. Everyone at Rap City was great, they even had the maint person fix our mini fridge during the day while we were out sightseeing per our request. Breakfast is good. Beds are okay and room was very clean. It has all the basics you are looking for in a hotel, and was a welcome change after a terrible experience at another local hotel. Great job Rap City Wyndham team!

pricey but seems to be the norm for the area

I felt safe, I traveled alone with my kids to meet up with my husband and I felt really safe at the hotel. The room was clean big enough for us. kids loved the breakfast every morning and the swimming had them busy in the evening after a long day of adventure.

The change machine didn't work for the laundry. And the soap dispenser was empty.

Nice and quiet. The pool was nice and the hot tub was wonderful. Comfortable beds and the pillows were soft. The room was comfortable when I entered the room. They already had the AC on. Nice view from the room

Our room key only worked half the time. We kept having to go down and get it reset. Room was a little smaller than what we were thinking but still suit our needs.

We were able to book this hotel very quickly after a mishap with another hotel. The rooms were clean, the hot breakfast was really good and the staff were exceptionally nice! Especially Tina, Xavier, Chauncey, and the Manager Samira. Wonderful hotel, and we would definitely stay there again!

There was only one issue, but it was taken care of quickly.

Facilities were clean and the staff were nice. The elevator was quick. The pool area had a shower to rinse off and a good breakfast.

Pool hours were too short. The pool closed to children at 9:00pm which is early for a vacation. I did like they had an adult time for the pool but it should have been later.

Our reservation was cancelled even though I tried calling when nearing Billings and were getting tired. I texted to the number I received text from and reply was “thank you for letting us know, your room will be held”, so we had to pay more than we expected to pay.

It was right next door to the Watiki water park and where our group was staying but was 1/2 the price of the Courtyard! It was clean, food was good and the staff were very helpful!

Our tv was outdated, there was no way to connect to Netflix or Prime Video and we ended up watching our phones instead. Also there is no cleaning services unless you fill out a paper by9:00a and we were there to vacation and sleep in

Communication w staff at check in. We were not informed that staff wouldn’t clean room on multiple night stay unless requested. On our third day and running out of towels, toilet paper, and full garbage I called from desk, I was then informed of the policy
