Was pleasantly surprised. We got the double queen bed with wet bar. Nice gesture cool set up. Read other reviews and thought eh let’s try it. Our room was very nice clean. Bed not so great but it served purpose and I didn’t wake up with sore back like I thought I would. Breakfast is continental so your basic bagel Cereal fruit coffees teas juices milk pancakes. Hard boiled eggs and muffins. Not the full breakfast with eggs bacon sausage and biscuits so don’t expect that. Toaster needs replaced cheap replacement they should do. But really super nice staff. Large parking area looks updated and very clean inside and out. Definitely staying again when we go back next year for our event we went too. WiFi was good. TV stations decent and water pressure in shower was not the hardest pressure but worked and we had plenty of hot water. Thank you marienville sure stay. You exceeded our expectations. We will be back next year !

Water tasted like chlorine guess better than sulfur egg smell

This is my second time staying here and a year apart I was curious if it was maintained. It was perfect. Super clean, let me check in a bit early, staff amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows. The ice machine was broken and a new one was on the way. They gave me ice anyway. See yall next year!

It is super clean and I love the staffs very friendly, rooms are so clean and comfortable beds, and I like the room with the sink in the middle with cabinets and makes me feel like I’m in a 10 star hotel even tho I don’t think there is a ten star hotel lol

Maybe danish for breakfast but overall I love this place

Facilities were clean and they attempted to keep things UTD and current. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Trivial complaints: cosmetic damage to the room (old stains on shower curtain, small piece of tile flooring missing/mismeasured approximately one inch, peep hole stuffed with unknown object), no fridge in room, and poor options for breakfast (all carbs and/or cold options/little in way of protein).

the breakfast was OK. They had a yogurt machine/dispenser. I didn't have any because I'm assuming it was plain and not flavored yogurt. They did have some cherry pie filling and granola to put on it. I just had a bagel and OJ. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows. They allowed us to check in a little early. We had a wedding at 3:30. We checked in hotel at 2:15. I appreceiated that. We also appreciated the room had a small fridge.

While the property was basic, there was everything we needed. The property was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee, bagels, mini rolls, toast.

No fruit or eggs for breakfast.

Very nice Hotel. They recently changed hands from when I booked and I got several emails stating that. The owner/front desk person was super! She was so friendly and repeatedly asked me if I needed anything. I will definitely be back. From the room to the free breakfast, everything was spot on!

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was very good, and we were able to have a campfire in a picnic area and meet new people. We will always stay at this location when we visit this area again .

The staff was friendly and willingness to help you. Breakfast small but i enjoyed it! Good place to stay at in the area for hunting,fishing and summer activities. Could use a few more vending machines and benches outside. Other than that id give it 4 1/2 ☆
