The property was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We had an adjoining room with our two children which was very convenient. Our booking included breakfast which offered a large variety of food and we enjoyed this each morning. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and it was tasty with a friendly waiter. It was a short walk from the train station which was the primary reason we chose this hotel.

It’s not a reflection on the hotel but the surrounding area between the hotel and train station are some rough streets. They are for adult entertainment and were full of people working the nights and using certain substances. We chose to walk the long way around to the train station to avoid crossing paths with these folk. They did not interact with us but were unpleasant to witness, especially with our children.

Staff were helpful and friendly - they provided me with an early check-in, which was very kind and is always appreciated after a long travel day :) Room was not very big, but clean and comfortable to stay in for a couple of nights. My room was street facing - sound proofing could be better (not a big issue for me, but just fyi). There are toiletries and a mini fridge, also air conditioning available. Breakfast had options for all preferences and a great espresso :) Keep in mind that a security deposit is expected when checking in (50EUR a night), but it gets refunded upon check-out (for me it took like 5 min).

Location is very central, but didn't feel safe due to the proximity to the main central train station - be mindful of your surroundings at all times, when exploring - especially in the early/late hours I would advise to not venture in the central station direction, rather go in the old town, river direction. To avoid any issues, best to come to the hotel/get to airport either by taxi or car.

The hotel's prime location is a significant asset, complemented by the staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfast service was outstanding, earning a perfect score for its delicious offerings and extensive variety. While an initial room assignment presented an issue with the air conditioning, the staff promptly resolved the matter by facilitating a room change without delay. In conclusion, the stay was highly enjoyable, and I confidently recommend this hotel.

Regarding sleep quality, I observed areas for enhancement. The mattress firmness and pillow softness presented challenges to optimal rest. Offering a selection of pillow options and improving mattress comfort would significantly improve the guest experience. Although housekeeping services were provided daily, the bed linens did not meet expectations of freshness, and I experienced some skin irritation. Enhanced attention to linen hygiene would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed and a shower that had good water pressure and temperature. Good shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even lotion was provided. We were warmly greeted at check-in, and the staff remained friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the train station and close to Frankfurt’s main attractions. We felt safe in the area and appreciated how convenient everything was. Breakfast was a highlight! There were so many delicious options, and the service was fantastic. This was truly one of our top stays while exploring the Rhine and Mosel regions. Highly recommend!

Rooms were very clean and neatly done. Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties to eat for vegetarians also. The staff was friendly and polite.

The location could have been a bit better, since it is close to the red light area in Frankfurt with lots of drug addicts on the nearby streets. But they usually do not cause any harm if you don't interfere with them. However it is 8 minutes walking distance from Frankfurt Main station, which is a great advantage. Rooms were a bit costly due to the conference.

I was travelling with someone who has mobility challenges, hotel is a classic Hilton hotel, has a ramp to enter the building, the restaurant is spacious. The breakfast spread is really good. The location is very central to all the main touristy spots, we could easily walk everywhere. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

We did not see any accessible rooms advertised so we had booked a standard room. The rooms were small so movement was difficult, the wheelchair had to be folded and kept to the side.

The hotel is quite nice located in a busy area. I found the underground parking quite expensive but undortunately the area doenst look much safe to park in the street. The breakfast was quite amazing.

They run out of stuff even before the breakfast time was eneded. I asked the staff for a Waffle like 5min before the time of breakfast ended and they told me is not possible anymore. They dont put cuttlery on the table. Each person needs to go and pick it up from a wooden box that is not easy to find.

Location. The part of the street Taunusgasse which is close to the Centra Railway station and very close to the hotel is not safe, as it is drugs&sex street. If you need to walk from the Central Railway Station (which is only 5 min walk to the hotel) in the late evening, for it was really horrible experience. I tried the same path on Saturday morning, also negative experience. Strange that the local police is not taking care of drugs problems in the area where are so many tourists.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn with colleagues for a business trip and it was good hotel for this purpose. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable for my stay. The room was a bit on the smaller side in terms of floor space, but had a comfortable bed, spaceous desk, wardrobe, good sized bathroom, functioning air con (needed during a 30+ degrees trip), nice lobby and bar. The gym was on the small side but clean with modern facilities. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The obvious downside is the area, which is not pleasant but it is just an inherent issue with this particular area of Frankfurt. The street that this Hilton is located on itself is fine and did not seem unsafe, however the neighbouring streets had particularly unpleasant scenes that my colleagues and I experienced. This problem is out of the control of the hotel, so I do not think it should be marked down because of it, but it is something that guests should be mindful of before they book here. For my business trip, it was conveniently located close to where my meetings were held but if I were to stay for a leisure trip, I may consider staying elsewhere.

Ok, this is a very good hotel but disadvantaged by the location. Unless you arrive by taxi you need to run the gauntlet of streets from the main station to the hotel. On my trip at 1.00pm it was a challenge. It's not the hotel's fault, of course, but nevertheless it is a poor location. The other direction is the central business district which is lovely. Don't forget, Frankfurt is small so there isn't too many coffee shops or bars. Plan ahead. Now for the hotel. It is excellent. The staff are friendly and organised, the rooms are clean and functional (irons and hairdryers in rooms). The TV has limited channels but some are English. The mini bar is empty and instead you buy from the shop downsatirs and charge to the room. The breakfast is excellent. Plenty of choice and good quality food. Air Con is excellent. All in all I would definitely use this hotel again but I would arrive by taxi.
