i pretty much like the environment.

I noticed a lot of covert tracking and surveillance from the local authorities as well as some of the staff. I understand the need to provide a safe and secure environment, but at the same time it was predatory and stereotypical as well as borderline stalking. No need to be afraid of a well paying customer who wants to just enjoy a getaway.

Nice and clean good location

We could not use the hot tub unless we could reach the latch above the door to get in. It said all facilities would be opened. My son couldnt use the work out room because someone took the key to get in.

i love how well staff communicated to make sure were to go and how to check in. great location. convenient throughout the building

for the amount i payed including cleaning fee, I expected apartment to be cleaner then it was. I found bread pieces on a couch, used coffee make filter with coffee was still in coffee maker, coffee maker itself was not clean with some old coffee in it, silverware was not clean.

beautiful view- rooms were clean and roomy! loved the view every morning of the beach- location great! great venue for families. cleaning and linens were all provided which was great- condo was a bargain and awesome with all that you need for a family short stay.

the indoor pool closed indefinitely- spa and lazy river closed to renovation. pool was open but not heated. communication with the staff from Vacasa sometimes unclear and not helpful. when I asked if the pool was heated- I was told “ we can charge your credit card for additional pool heat”. Also did not get the codes for the pool and building entrance until after we arrived.

Location and that the parking area was located on the same side of the street as the condos. The building was very quiet. The elevators were fast also. The beds were clean and comfortable with lots of pillows. The unit was roomy. The balcony was roomy and there was plenty of seating. It was pretty nice for a last minute vacay.

The unit needs repairs. There were multiple areas of water damage in the ceiling. The furniture in the living room was worn and some chair cushions where dirty. The living room furniture was not comfortable. Needs sheet pans in kitchen and measuring cups.

Everything was lovely. My kids and I really enjoyed our time, and we were in walking distance to the beach! There was a pool and hot tub which we utilized for leisure since it was a little chilly at the time.

There was a separate code to get into the pool facilities which I didn't get upon check in. I called for help but no one ever reached back out so I had to use a residents code who just happened to walk past

The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. Very pleasant stay. There were TV channels to watch, not just the free channels some places offer. My door code did not work but I was responded to quickly on the phone and provided a new code.

The only suggestion that I would make is to have grab bars in the tub. Nice whirlpool tubs but there was no where to hold on and the tub was slippery.

This was our 1st time staying at Bahana Sands. Our room was perfect. We have stayed at many different condo type resorts over the years. This one felt more like a vacarion home than a hotel. The staff was minimal, but the ones that were on site were friendly and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. We arrived earlier than expected and the cleaning crew was notified and they were able to have our room ready 3 hours ahead of time! We had a quiet and relaxing time and would definitely stay here again.

The pool was mostly inside. There wasn't much room for lounging by the pool. There were only 3 inner tubes for the lazy river, so basically, the lazy river was just another long thin pool. Since the was minimal staff on site, there wasn't anyone to keep order around the pool. Unfortunately, durring our stay, there were some kids that were being a bit obnoxious and their parents just let them do whatever they wanted. My family only spent about 1 hour total by the pool the whole week. Also, there didn't seem to be enough luggage carts.

Room was very spacious. Great views from both balconeys. Good location on the beach not SUPER crowded in front of the condo.

Parking garage was a bit tight slightly harder to maneuver. But still doable. Not great communication regarding the code to get into the pool area or the main entrance in the ground floor. We had to get the code from another guest.

The key padded entry was a piece of mind also everything was easy to find. Comfortable rooms.

The 5th floor pool and lazy river was not heated during our stay. Lazy River wasn’t usable but it was finally filled on the last day but was cold. Our room did have a couple of dirty things about it but nothing that was too bad to deal with.
